Disappointing product and frustrating customer service.
My Autofull G7 ergonomic chair arrived faulty straight out of the box. The lumbar lock lever was broken, and one of the screws meant to secure the headrest simply will not screw in, making proper assembly impossible.
I contacted customer service immediately and requested a replacement chair, as the item was clearly defective on arrival. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, they have been stalling and repeatedly offering replacement parts, despite me explaining several times that I would prefer the entire unit replaced.
For a brand-new chair, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to arrive in full working condition. The way this issue has been handled has been quite disappointing.
As a result, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank to recover the payment.
Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong, getting a straightforward resolution may not be easy.
roken promises and extremely poor after-sales service
I purchased an AutoFull M6 Ultra gaming chair from autofull.eu (Order No: AFEU1811162). I originally bought this chair as a birthday gift for my son, expecting it to be a special surprise for him.
Unfortunately, this has turned into a very disappointing experience.
Shortly after receiving and assembling the chair, several components had issues. The seller acknowledged the problems and promised to send original replacement parts once they were restocked. I accepted their proposal and waited patiently.
Later, within about one month of normal use, the footrest broke. The seller again acknowledged the defect and promised to send replacement parts together with compensation. I provided my address immediately.
However, months have now passed and none of the promised replacement parts have been delivered.
Customer service repeatedly sends generic replies saying the case has been “escalated” or that they are “checking with the support team,” but they never provide a shipping date, tracking number, or any concrete solution.
What is most frustrating is that the company acknowledged the defects and agreed to replace the parts, yet they still have not fulfilled their promises.
Because this situation has remained unresolved for such a long time, I have had to seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre to handle the case.
What was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son has turned into a long and frustrating dispute. This has been a very disappointing purchasing experience, and I feel extremely frustrated and let down.
I would strongly recommend that potential buyers carefully consider the reliability of this company’s after-sales service before making a purchase.

Après échange de chaise gaming, j'ai voulu retourner mon produit sous garantie, mais tout cela c'est mal passer ! Après de multiples échanges e mail avec eux, impossible d'avoir recours à cette garantie, tout au plus une réduction de 10 pourcent que j'ai du accepter malgré moi, je trouve ça scandaleux de plus que mon recours était tout à fait justifier : pression exagérée de leurs systèmes lombaires qui de plus ayant des problèmes d'inflammation à la colonne vertébrale, je ne recommande pas cette chaise qui se dit orthopédique et est complètement mal construite... Produit chinois de piètre qualité ! Faite très attention si vous acheter chez eux, je ne recommande à personne cette chaise très coûteuse et mal construite, plus de 500 euros pour du tape à l'oeil, grosse perte d'argent en vue ! Awful quality product non existent customer service
If I could give less I would did my research assumed a reputable company with a warranty to back them up but the moment something did go wrong I’m left with a chair over £500!! And it’s useless not fit for purpose. Beyond deplorable customer service it’s non existent just ignore your emails when originally got a response said would send a replacement 5 months on no sign even u could get a boat to china in that time. Pile em high ship em out job done don’t give a toss for their customers or clearly their credibility. Caveat emptor buyers beware of who you are dealing with especially when it goes wrong and it will!!
De la chinoiserie, super chère.
Au prix de cette chaise (G5) après trois mois, le support lombaire ne tient même plus. Je dois le relever toutes les deux secondes. Au début ils se bloquaient et puis une fois qu'on s'appuyait un peu dessus et pourtant je suis pas gros tout de suite, ça claquait, ça retombait tout en bas.
En plus de ça ça me donne mal au dos. Elle est pas du tout pratique. On peut pas régler l'assise correctement. Les accoudoirs, ils bougent tout le temps. On peut jamais les fixer une fois qu'on a trouvé la bonne position.
Pareil pour l'appui tête. Dès que tu appuies un petit peu, ben le réglage saute. C'est de la qualité 1er prix au prix du luxe.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von vier Werktagen wie auch angegeben. Der Support hat innerhalb von 1 Stunde geantwortet, wenn ich Fragen hatte und der Stuhl ist einfach unglaublich. Also ich hab den M6 ultra 2.0 und er ist wirklich der gemütliche Stuhl aber gleichzeitig auch ergonomische Stuhl, auf den ich je saß. Die Funktion sind wie beschrieben, und alles fühlt sich unglaublich hochwertig an. Ich kann die negativen Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen und nein, ich wurde nicht bezahlt oder bin gesponsert. Diese Bewertung ist absolut unabhängig absolut empfehlenswert bisher, wenn sich irgendwas ändern sollte, schreibe ich das natürlich oder ändere meine Bewertung.

Chair with a broken headrest. They responded to me within the first few days, then completely silence. I filed a PayPal claim and won, so they refunded me my entire money, and I kept the chair. Pay with PayPal, so you won't have any problems, as they have many complaints on PayPal and don't respond. If you have defective chairs, their policy is that they pay for shipping, not yours.
Does not honor warranty
I purchased an M6 chair with all the bells and whistles. It arrived on October 15. Before January 29, the support holding the backrest broke. After a lot of back and forth (pics and videos of the damage):
They first offered a used replacement chair. Then reneged.
They then offered replacement parts. Then reneged.
They then offered a mere 50% refund for a broken chair. After almost 2 weeks, the money did not arrive. I finally got PayPal involved. Today after over a month, I got a notice saying that my partial refund is on the way.

After comparing models carefully, I chose the Autofull M6 Ultra, mainly because I live in Finland and the heating, cooling, and massage features sounded perfect for long winters. It wasn’t a cheap purchase, but I trusted the brand and the promised 3-year warranty.
The chair arrived and installation was easy. At first, everything seemed great.
Day 15
I was so impressed that I nearly convinced my brother and best friend to buy one too. I gave it a glowing review and even spent time answering their long customer survey.
Day 31 — Everything Breaks
Less than a month later, all the electronic features suddenly stopped working. I was told the main board inside the seat cushion had failed. I immediately contacted support, trusting the “3-year warranty.”
Their response: wait up to 60 days for a replacement seat cushion.
Day 90 — Silence
After nearly two months, there was still no replacement. When I contacted support again, I received no response for weeks.
Day 104 — Copy-Paste Replies
Eventually, two different agents replied with the exact same message:
“We are still awaiting confirmation from our local support team regarding your case.”
No updates. No timeline. No real help.
Day 117 — Still Nothing
More messages sent. Still no response. No replacement. No resolution.
My honest conclusion:
This has been extremely disappointing. I paid a premium price expecting premium support, but instead I received slow responses, repeated delays, and a warranty that feels meaningless in practice.
What makes it worse is that I recommended this chair to people I care about before these issues appeared.
My advice:
Think very carefully before buying an expensive product where the warranty support may not actually deliver when something goes wrong.

Mein Autofull M6 Ultra Black Gaming Chair begann bereits nach 3–4 Monaten bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung zu knarzen und zu quietschen. Anfangs war er komplett geräuschlos, mittlerweile treten die Geräusche jedoch dauerhaft auf. Jede Gewichtsverlagerung oder Positionsänderung führt zu hörbaren Geräuschen. Das ist im Alltag extrem störend, besonders beim Arbeiten oder Gamen.
Ich nutze den Stuhl 4–5 Mal pro Woche für einige Stunden und wiege unter 80 kg. Das ist normale Nutzung und sollte kein Problem darstellen.
Sehr enttäuschend und nicht sein Geld wert.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase.
The chair I received is not the same as advertised. The quality is very low, and despite ordering the Ultra 2, I was sent what appears to be the Ultra 1 model instead. The lumbar support is not adjustable and does not have the button shown in the product photos. The headrest cushion is also not adjustable, contrary to what is advertised.
On top of that, after just one day of use, the chair started making noises from multiple parts.
I contacted customer service requesting either a full refund or a replacement (to receive the correct Ultra 2 model or the proper adjustable lumbar feature). However, I have received no response regarding either a refund or a replacement.
The quality is extremely poor, and the experience has been very disappointing. Based on this, I won't recommend buying from this website.
Theft
Purchased the M6 gaming chair as a gift. The person I purchased it for received another chair and did not want this one, based on the poor reviews. I guess I should have done better research as well. They had to pay roughly $250 to return the chair almost a month ago, the company received the chair 10 days ago, and still no refund credited. Do NOT do business with this company

I’m very disappointed with this company’s handling of my order. The chair I purchased arrived damaged due to shipping, and the process to resolve the issue has been extremely slow. I expected better customer service and a faster resolution. It shouldn’t take this long to make things right when the damage was not the customer’s fault. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and has lowered my confidence in ordering from this company again. Currently is 03/3/2026 and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Ryg støtten sidder for lavt så der er ikke så meget plads på sædet. (I forhold til andre stole)
Sædet har ikke så meget polstring så man kan mærke blæserne igennem når man sidder ned.
Gør jer selv en tjeneste og lad vær med at bestille en autofull stol..

Habe mir zu BlackFriday M6 Ultra 2.0 gekauft, Lieferzeit wurde mit 5-8Werkstagen angegeben, erhalten habe ich Ihn im neuen Jahr nach einigen Schriftverkehr.
Am 09.01. habe ich den Stuhl als Retoure zurückgeschickt, seit dem weder Eingangsbestätigung der Retoure, noch sehr sporadischen Kundenservice.

This company lives out of good marketing. That's it. If that's what you are buying, you are in the right place!
If you are looking for a chair, then this is not what you are looking for. Made a purchase with them based on their description on the website, which stated that the chair was fit to people up until 1.90cm tall. That is literally my height and, when I sit on the chair, my back hits the headrest. Asked them to return the product. They stalled me just enough (saying that they were waiting for the local partners to provide the return instructions) for my PayPal dispute to be refused, since the item wasn't returned within 10 days.
I am opening a filesuit against them in the European Court but I wanted to warn others. Do not trust this company!
AutoFull Gaming Chair Rückgabe: Fast 2 Monate Kampf für 570€
Kurz: Stuhl verursachte Rückenschmerzen und quietschte extrem laut bei jeder Bewegung der Rückenlehne. Schrauben nachziehen half nicht, selbst ölen wollte ich bei einem nagelneuen 570€-Stuhl nicht – damit mir später keiner vorwirft, ich hätte dran rumgefummelt. Also: Rückgabe innerhalb der 14-Tage-Frist. Was folgte, war ein fast zweimonatiger Albtraum.
Die Timeline:
9.-19. Dezember: 5 E-Mails und Kontaktformulare – keine einzige menschliche Antwort. Am 19.12. formeller Widerruf + PayPal-Dispute eröffnet.
25. Dezember: AutoFull behauptet im PayPal-Chat, meine Bestellung nicht finden zu können. Die Bestellnummer stand in jeder meiner E-Mails und in der PayPal-Transaktion selbst.
30. Dezember: Endlich ein Retourenlabel. Drei Wochen nach meiner ersten Anfrage.
Januar: Die Gasdruckfeder ließ sich nicht demontieren (zu dritt versucht, mit Gummihammer). Support schickt mir zweimal dieselben YouTube-Anleitungen, ignoriert mein konkretes Problem. Am Ende zahle ich ein zweites Versandlabel selbst, weil der Stuhl nur in zwei Pakete passt.
21. Januar: Beide Pakete zugestellt. Danach: Wochenlang keine Erstattung, nur Vertröstungen. Der Support fragt mich am 31. Januar nach den Tracking-Nummern – die ich bereits 6x gesendet hatte.
2. Februar: Endlich Erstattung. Fast 2 Monate nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme.
PayPal? Hat zugunsten des Verkäufers entschieden. Trotz dokumentierter Funkstille.
Fazit: Der Stuhl mag für andere funktionieren. Aber wenn etwas schiefgeht, erwartet euch ein Support, der nicht antwortet, Copy-Paste-Mails schickt, und euch am Ende nach Informationen fragt, die ihr längst mehrfach geliefert habt. Bei 570€ würde ich mir das zweimal überlegen.

No delivery after a month
Ordered the M6 Ultra with heating, cooling and massage. It has been over a month now, but the chair is still not delivered. Contact with customer service is BAD. Answers are automated and the issue is not solved.

Ich habe am 17.01.26 den M6 Ultra 2.0 bestellt und er ist gestern angekommen. Der Aufbau war einfach und der Stuhl wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr hochwertig und stabil (Langzeittest fehlt natürlich). Der Kundensupport hat bei mir innerhalb von 7 Stunden geantwortet. Mir wurde erklärt dass der Stuhl bis zum 15.01 nur als Vorbestellung möglich war und daher erst ab dem 16.01 versendet wurde. Das wurde wohl auf der Website nicht deutlich kommuniziert, erklärt aber bei vielen die lange Wartezeit. Meine Bestellung ist jedenfalls pünktlich angekommen (die kleine Verzögerung lag wetterbedingt an GLS). Bin durchweg zufrieden.
