This company lives out of good marketing. That's it. If that's what you are buying, you are in the right place!
If you are looking for a chair, then this is not what you are looking for. Made a purchase with them based on their description on the website, which stated that the chair was fit to people up until 1.90cm tall. That is literally my height and, when I sit on the chair, my back hits the headrest. Asked them to return the product. They stalled me just enough (saying that they were waiting for the local partners to provide the return instructions) for my PayPal dispute to be refused, since the item wasn't returned within 10 days.
I am opening a filesuit against them in the European Court but I wanted to warn others. Do not trust this company!

Timely responses, accurate information, always willing to help and to contact other partners (factory) in search of answers for the questions I placed.
Absolutely amazing! An example for all the other vendors out there that look more into profit than actually retaining customers. Thank you Summer!
