Poor customer service no loyalty respect
I have shopped with Roman for over 5 years now spending in excess of £500/month so a good loyal longstanding customer. When I processed my last two orders with them the discount wasn’t applied so I lost my 10% loyalty which equated to nearly £100 when I made contact with customer service they were very unhelpful and said nothing could be done & that was thatvery abrupt and uninterested. So I have now sadly and very disappointingly stopped shopping with them since last September so to date they’ve lost £3000 of my money which has been another company’s gain. Lesson in customer service it is much easier to keep a loyal customer than spend money trying to find one! Your £100 that you didn’t honour cost you my long term loyalty! Shame really.
