Poor customer service no loyalty respect

I have shopped with Roman for over 5 years now spending in excess of £500/month so a good loyal longstanding customer. When I processed my last two orders with them the discount wasn’t applied so I lost my 10% loyalty which equated to nearly £100 when I made contact with customer service they were very unhelpful and said nothing could be done & that was thatvery abrupt and uninterested. So I have now sadly and very disappointingly stopped shopping with them since last September so to date they’ve lost £3000 of my money which has been another company’s gain. Lesson in customer service it is much easier to keep a loyal customer than spend money trying to find one! Your £100 that you didn’t honour cost you my long term loyalty! Shame really.

Awful quality product non existent customer service

If I could give less I would did my research assumed a reputable company with a warranty to back them up but the moment something did go wrong I’m left with a chair over £500!! And it’s useless not fit for purpose. Beyond deplorable customer service it’s non existent just ignore your emails when originally got a response said would send a replacement 5 months on no sign even u could get a boat to china in that time. Pile em high ship em out job done don’t give a toss for their customers or clearly their credibility. Caveat emptor buyers beware of who you are dealing with especially when it goes wrong and it will!!

Great customer service great products …

I have made many orders with ACAI several over £500 I have been dealt with promptly and efficiently at all times I’ve found customer service to be easy & friendly to deal with - one big order had an item missing it was replaced no delivery charge another was a missed delivery by Amazon. I’d particularly like to single out Rumyana who went above & beyond to replace the lost order that was purchased for an upcoming ski trip. She personally went & Checked items were in stock & got them shipped out next day with dpd Amazon admitted losing the parcel so a refund has been issued. No complaints from me & obviously I love the products clearly! lol! No new colours for a while please I’ve got to get some pennies back in the piggy bank lol! Thanks again for great products backed up with great customer service!

Delivered two orders and charged me for both but I only placed one order - has been a nightmare to sort and return at my time and expense I am a long-standing customer and spent a lot of money with Roman but I feel on this occasions customer service has been lacking and very slow to happen

Love our his n hers 24 gb3s

Love our his n hers - 24 gb3s - we took quite a long time trying out various bikes and going up to the NEC to come up with our decision- we had a checklist so some were discounted quite quickly! The no chains only belt driven was at the top. Affordable but not cheap looking or feeling. Portable to a point was another, compact but not folding in the middle, we wanted the big bike feel and look and the 24 was the compromise, we wanted them ready to go no building or faffing. We wanted British back up if anything went wrong and this is where we dropped a star sadly. One had quite a major fault - the back wheel bolts fell out quite dangerous tbh! We haven’t had any feedback or explanation so far. We were inconvenienced by being without the bike and were feeling quite disheartened and losing faith but we have to say mirider pulled it back from the brink at the 11th hour and got us a next day replacement bike with comped gel saddle upgrades. We are relieved we bought British made under these circumstances as I fear it would’ve been game over for our cycling holiday had it been an out of the UK purchase. That said they really do need to sort out employing someone to answer phones it was either a message which was saying out of hours during working hours or it was an on hold music playing wait of 30 minutes to just giving up! All in all a good bike not cheap but enjoying using them and getting out & about. We fit them both in the boot of our car so they’re safe/dry. We’ve been up some pretty steep hills with them and they haven’t failed yet! Here’s to more trips.

Poor response times to help slight & very little customer service and very over priced call …

Not any use at all call was seconds long no support given product delivery failure very poor customer service long wait times for responses and very over priced for the service given could not recommend in good faith

Think the fact that it has taken over 4 months to respond says it all really!

Poor communication inaccurate tracking not next day & left in full sun for 4 hpurs

I was told it was next day delivery and had to be kept cold in fridge until used. So I took the day off work and waited and waited & kept checking the tracking by 8pm I think I knew it wasn't coming even though it said it would be 15/8. Next day I go to work & contact customer services who say it will be delivered today being 16/8 so I took half a day and went home to find it had been delivered at 10:15 am & left in full sun (despite a large label saying keep refrigerated!!) on a very hot day for 4 hours. Hope they're not all like this as that will put me right off!

Very poor service not the best price at all!

This company contacted us to renew our 4 business energy contracts and in doing so got us the worst rate possible and has cost us thousands. They call incessantly even when you explain you can't answer right then and do not do what they say. Beware what you sign up for and shop around there are much better companies out there to help secure your business energy needs.

Poor customer service after goods lost in transit!

You lost my £600 product in transit you offered no replacement the girl on the phone was not particularly helpful or concerned that I had now lost my fitter slot booked in for two days after agreed & paid for delivery slot! Fitter has no other dates this side of Xmas. She couldn't mobilise a replacement for me as a customer & then sort out your logistics issues afterwards. I went for a full refund ordered elsewhere cheaper & got it today next day as agreed no extra payment either! Thank god I didn't order the other £14000 of appliances through you! Lesson learned . To be clear it's not the mistake as these happen it's how you dealt with it and how indifferent you/your staff were. Felt very poor customer service.

The level of service you received certainly falls below par with our normal high expectations and we will fully investigate this further.

On behalf of the courier please accept our apologies for your microwave going missing after collection from us. These misrouted items often turn up, but with your tight fitting schedule we understanding this is not at all suitable.

As our large goods are sent on a 48 hour delivery we were unable to get the replacement to you in time for your pre-booked installation, but it’s good to hear you were able to find an alternative supplier with stock.

We hope you’re able to enjoy your new kitchen over the festive period and sorry we were unable to assist you further on this occasion.

shoddy business no ethics poor product quality

so wish i had read the reviews before i placed an order for £140 light fitting, it arrived damaged had a feeling when i saw the box all taped upon one corner that it might be and then when i opened it - it was orange not yellow as ordered they say colours can be slightly different to screen but this is a completely different colour orange and yellow! they offered 5% off for the damage it's split and dented and can't be used and refuse to do anything about it - such a shoddy company to deal with and as long as we as customer keep buying from them they will stay in business giving crap customer service taking our money and not giving a damn so order at your own risk but i truly wish i hadn't £140 is a lot of money to us really shameful company

Two deliveries both damaged company never contacts us always chasing them! rained in whole time waiting just very poor customer service all round. Disappointing
