Chair with a broken headrest. They responded to me within the first few days, then completely silence. I filed a PayPal claim and won, so they refunded me my entire money, and I kept the chair. Pay with PayPal, so you won't have any problems, as they have many complaints on PayPal and don't respond. If you have defective chairs, their policy is that they pay for shipping, not yours.
