Theft

Purchased the M6 gaming chair as a gift. The person I purchased it for received another chair and did not want this one, based on the poor reviews. I guess I should have done better research as well. They had to pay roughly $250 to return the chair almost a month ago, the company received the chair 10 days ago, and still no refund credited. Do NOT do business with this company

Unresponsive customer service

For smaller purchases, usually there are no issues. But for travel, cashback wasn't added to my account. They told me I had to wait 90 days from the completion of travel. OK, fine. 90 days goes by, still no cashback. I email customer service and am told they have to reach out to the company I BOOKED my travel with, and it could take an additional 45 business days. So 20 weeks to get cashback??? I asked why they weren't doing this during the 90 days and have yet to hear a response. Not the first time this has happened with travel either

Technology is good, service is horrible

Technology and cameras are good, which is why they got a second star. Customer service is horrible. Used a promotion for 4 months of free service and free install when I spoke with the sales associate (Houston). Then I'm told the credit is a flat rate that doesn't even cover 2 months of service, and I paid for install. There is no billing breakdown on the invoices. Company is a rip off, you can do better elsewhere.

Good equipment, horrible customer service

While the Vivint cameras and security system work great, the customer service is horrible. I have tried to rectify an issue that my salesperson made with the system being for a business and not residential, and after a year and a half of contacting multiple customer service representatives, I've just given up. Half you can't understand, and the rest either can't or won't correct the issue. Waiting for my contract to end

They withhold your money

Purchased a vacation trip through Rakuten. Received a confirmation email that cash back would be available 7 days after the completion of the vacation. Shortly after the 7 days I emailed them and was told that email was sent incorrectly and it could take up to 45 days. Emailed back on day 46 and was told they haven't confirmed my stay and it could take up to ANOTHER 45 days to do this. I already provided the information about my stay.. Personally I think they try to withhold payments for vacations as long as possible in the hopes you forget they owe you cash back.

Quality control manager should be fired

Most of the meals are alright, but bland. However, the majority of my deliveries over the last 3 months (after I mistakenly decided to give them a second chance) were missing ingredients, incorrect meals, or didn't show up at all. Very disappointing, because it could be a great service. But with all of the issues, definitely not worth the cost.

When it works it's great

When it works it's great. Too many times I have to request that the cash back be added because the store fails to verify the purchase. Currently waiting for nearly $100 to be added

Horrible customer service

Bought a lawnmower at the end of last summer. Battery, charger, and mower were included. Was able to handle my whole lawn in just one charge. Put it away for the winter, charger and battery in the house. First use this spring, took 2 charges to finish the lawn. Inconvenient, but not a huge deal. Then went to charge it, and the signal indicator says battery defective. Have been trying to contact Ryobi customer service for a replacement battery for weeks. Wait on hold, put myself in the queue for a call back. No response. Will not be purchasing Ryobi products anymore.
