Please do not use this company I've had 4 contracts out with them for the past 5 years, no problems, this time they haven't sent my cash back I had the most useless obnoxious chat assistant call Jayden who was unhelpful the woman I spoke to on the phone was useless they did not give me the contact details of the ombudsman. PLEASE DO NOT USE MOBILES.CO.UK

I called gas works London

I called gas works London, to sort out my boiler and why it was leaking and losing pressure, he managed to stop it from leaking, but when he went to sort out the radiator it never worked and he told me to get a new radiator anyway I called gas works London again to come fix the heater again he advised me to get a new radiator again it was leaking got another person out who fixed it in a few minutes and I was able to return the radiator I purchased. The engineers this company send out are useless and incompetent. A normal handyman fixed the problem in a few minutes. I only got these guys out because I thought they were professional they are cowboys. The boss tried to call me at 7am and asked me to take off my review which I did. Do not use these Crooks they will rip you off and don't provide the service like they should. I'm waiting for them to send me a small claims court summons .. DO NOT USE

Hi please do not use Otty sleep. I am a blue light card holder and purchased 2 mattresses of them in 2021. Both have been causing back problems after only four years of purchase I spent a lot of money on them. This company promotes guarantees but this is all lies, I know they will try to get out of it. I'm just awaiting their answer before I put this company all over social media, and take them to small claims court as the mattress is not fit for purpose. PLEASE DO NOT USE OTTY

We’re sorry to read your review, but we do need to clarify a few important points.

Neither OTTY, nor any other mattress brand, offers a guarantee against back ache. Comfort and support are highly subjective and can vary from person to person depending on body weight, sleeping position and personal preference.

What we do offer is a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, not against comfort level or changes in personal preference over time. This covers faults such as structural issues with the springs or foam, not whether a mattress continues to suit an individual’s comfort needs years later.

If there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we absolutely honour our warranty. We assess claims based on evidence provided and in line with the terms clearly stated at the time of purchase.

I purchased an otty mattress in 2021 it had a 10 year guarantee while I do not have the receipt anymore I have proof of purchase via a bank statement. The mattress while being initially very good has started giving me severe back pain in the last year or so although the mattress is regularly rotated. So effectively this mattress has only lasted 5 years. I have severe back problems and this mattress is now extenuating it. I have asked Otty for a new mattress under the warranty let's see what they say. At the moment I'm very disgruntled with this co pant and have purchased lot of Otty mattresses in the past but this mattress has put me off. I will go to the furniture ombudsman if needs be, but I'm hoping OTTY sort this out immediately as their customer service reviews seem very good. I'm more than happy to take this review off if Otty actually deliver on their warranty promise and are prompt about it

Thank you for your review. From what you’ve described, this sounds more like a comfort-level issue rather than a manufacturing fault. It’s important to note that comfort preferences can change over time due to personal factors, and this is not considered a fault with the mattress itself.
Neither OTTY nor any other mattress brand can offer a “comfort-level guarantee” for the full life of the mattress, as individual comfort and body support needs naturally evolve. That said, if there is a genuine fault with your mattress (for example, excessive sagging or material defects outside of expected wear and tear), we’ll be more than happy to investigate and assist under the terms of your 10-year guarantee.
We do note that you chose to post this review before we’ve had the opportunity to inspect or assess your mattress. Please rest assured that reviews do not influence warranty outcomes in any way. If, after assessment, your mattress is found to be faulty, we’ll offer the appropriate solutions. Do not use BOOKING.COM they work with a company called SKY SCAN a travel agent. My mother in law passed away my ticket got cancelled they still haven't refunded me the money. They are crooks i am going to initiate legal proceedings against them

Please do not use Booking.com and SKY SCAN the company are totally useless, the ticket got cancelled it was over 2k's worth of ticket, I'm ready to take both companies to court. Sky scan charged me over £2k for a ticket which clearly states it was cancelled, I clearly have emails that the ticket was cancelled BOOKING.Com and sky scan are crooks do not use them beware

Please do not book a flight with British Airways we got to the airport in plenty of time but after finding out my boarding pass wasn't working there was nobody to assist. We went to three different queues with no one to help, all this while my wife was stressed about missing her flight as her mum had just passed away. After finally getting to speak to a human they told us that the ticket had been cancelled because my card was showing a red flag I can assure you this is the card I use every day and just used to get home, so there was nothing wrong with the card. Luckily I had the money to pay at the airport if I did not I would have had to miss my mums funeral. I'm ready to take British Airways to the small claims court over this. I was even told to go with my wife so I can verify that the money came from my account I took a day off work for this, and this wasn't even checked, we were not even informed the ticket had been cancelled. PLEASE DO NOT USE BRITISH AIRWAYS, THIS AIRLINE ARE CROOKS AND IM READY TO TSKE TAKE TO COURT

I purchased an I phone 17 lavender and did a trade in, in White City store, there was no credit into my account, yet I have an email stating that the trade in was in the works as soon as I gave it in last week now Apple are so incompetent nobody seems to know about it although I have the serial number of the traded in item along stating it has been traded in. Apple are acting like crooks I've spent hours chasing them up they can't even put through a simple process. I have emailed the White City store I do expect to be compensated for the time I have spent chasing this up. Apple are stealing now

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. They advertise their products and they do not fit the description. I got threatened by this company when I put a charge back on them. I asked them to send an email within a couple of days they said they did not receive it. This company is a scam do not use it. I am going to take this company to the small claims court, they charged me £15 to send the product back I want this refunded the goods are of a rubbish quality do not use this company

I recently had a puncture on my tyre phoned them up they said take to a local garage we will reimburse you up to £70, so I did this and as soon as it was done sent receipt and bank statement and answers the questions they raised. I have got back in contact with them today after they said the info was not sent. I know it was as it was in my sent inbox. Today I got the rudest email back after sending all the information again. My renewal is coming up I won't be renewing DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS

Please do not use Amazon I opened up a professional selling account by mistake and had £31 deducted, there chat services advisor shoaib told me all was closed down and id receive my refund within 5-7 working days contacted Amazon again today they Saif they had no clue about it their agents on chat are useless and so was their manager Greeshma giving a customer such headache over £31 and keeping them online for over 2 hours with no solution

I am a space owner. The website is very difficult to navigate, and not enough business comes from this site. You can't get hold of someone at least make a chat available with a real agent. They take days to answer your queries. I'm not a big fan of this website but will continue using it

Not happy with Argos got updated all the way that I would have a delivery on Saturday 21st September 2024 between 10-12 they came early I had to adjust my whole day and run to tge property as I don't live there I live far away it was a great inconvenience that cost me time I do not have spare

I recently renewed my new sky contract…

I recently renewed my new sky contract with Netflix and everything went fine. Then I was looking at my bill and saw I was being charged for a totally different Netflix account then I had agreed. I rung up customer service took about an hour to get through, the sky representative said he would listen to the call and phone me back a few days later, he did and I was found to be correct, he readjusted my bill for one month but I do not believe it was readjusted from the start of my contract. I'm so disappointed had I not discovered this discrepancy sky would have charged me for a price plan I never ordered, I understand human error but this is not good enough lucky it was all recorded

Do not use PARKLET signed up to ParkLet and the first person they sent me drove straight into my wall breaking my wall in the process now for £17.50 I have a whole new wall to repair alot of children lean on this wall when going to school.
