I noticed the company on Pinterest and ordered a Minimalist fashion cotton 3-piece set, but they sent me a polyester track suit 2-piece set. I wanted to send it back and get my money back, but it has to be sent to china at high costs, so I kept it. In my opinion it is a fake shop, they try to get the money and send cheap goods, that are not worth sending back and spending additional money.

This company is a SCAM. It is not a real company I am convinced. They take your money and you will not receive your package even after REPEATED attempts to locate. Their customer service sends you on a wild goose chase. They refuse to provide a refund. They refuse to provide proof the package was delivered. My tracking said for almost 8 weeks my package was still in Canada! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I put one because zero isn’t available they are con artists, cheap item nothing like description I sent the item back and they resumed it, no refund given item was only fit for the bin

Buyer beware, complete scam company. Order took nearly a month to arrive, when it did the dress was like a washed out dish rag bore zero resemblance to the picture. I then contacted the company to return and was told it had to be sent back to the Netherlands, this I did at a cost of £12.35. After continued chasing and them saying they had not received the return the parcel arrived back at my home with the works REFUSED in black. This company know exactly what they are doing sending out substandard products in a time frame where if they are returned to the Netherlands and then refused you are out of time to get your money back from our bank or credit card. AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible experience. My order was delayed by 6 weeks with no communication. When I reached out to customer service, I never received response. When the items finally arrived, they were not what I ordered. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Not worth the money. The quality is poor, the sizing is inconsistent, and the return policy is a hassle. Very disappointed I returned my items over 10 weeks ago and still have not received my refund.

If I could give this -100 stars I would. They are a massive scam. Do not buy from them!! I’ve ordered some new balance trainers at a massive discount over a month ago and still to receive them. I’ve looked at the refund page and it says “page does not exist”. I’ve therefore had to email them, which also takes ages to reply telling me they basically don’t do refunds. If I’m not happy with the item I can return and they will send another at a different size. I don’t even have the parcel to return and the back and forth emails keep refusing to refund!! They are also meant to be coming from china I questioned this and they said because their local depot didn’t have the trainers in stock. Seems like everyone’s orderes come from China so that’s a lie. If I was also to return, I have to return to some random address in China at my own expense which would cost a fortune.

This is obviously a scam. I ordered and paid for a top in October. Whoever runs this scam has consistently refused to answer my requests. Beware, don’t order anything from this company, if it even exists.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! it is a total scam. I ordered 4 jumpsuits and they were shocking, poorly made and so I asked for a refund, paid £15 to send back as was abroad address and still no refund. I’ve lost a lot of money and it’s a total scam. I wished I’d read reviews before purchasing. I hope this saves someone else :(

Ordered coat on 6th Dec 2025. My daughter has paid for this as a Xmas present for me. Still waiting for my coat. Now 11th January 2026. I have emailed customer service several times, They replied once telling me there wasn't anybody there at that time.Like the last review on here, i wish i had read reveiws before i ordered anything from this company. This is very unhelpful and unproffessional on their part.

Absolutely terrible , do not waste your money. I ordered last September and never received my coat.

Told the order would be with me within 10 to 15 working days, 50 working days later still didn't get my order, total scam. I've also reported the company to authorities and have had the money refunded by my bank.Absolutely despicable company.

Ordered an item and it never arrived. Emailed the company who responded once. Saying they would look in to it. After that never heard from them again and no item.

If you're reading this and wondering where your item is that you ordered, bad news, they've scammed you. I stupidly fell for it and bought a coat i needed for winter. Royal mail status never changed a month later. Then i went to check what was going on and shocker, the website vanished.

I contacted my bank and have gotten my money back. Keep yourself safe online. I never thought it'd happen to me until it did. I suggest contacting your bank immediately.

Ordered coat 5th December. Wish I’d read reviews first. Tracking company 4px shows parcel in China still 30 days later. All links listed in Ashford emails show as no longer valid. Three emails sent to company, no response. I have now reported to credit card company that I used as payment method to look into.

I wish I had read here before ordering. The clothes looked lovely online and the returns seemed straight forward, even if you did have to cover postage yourself. The item came and wasn't as good quality as I was expecting so I followed the return procedure of emailing first. I was given an address in the Netherlands to return to and advised to have international recorded/signed for. I did this, at the cost of £16, only for it to be returned to myself a number of weeks later saying the delivery had been refused. (Not that it was the wrong address or anything ...they had refused to accept the parcel). I now know this is a sham company and will never use again - I just wished I had researched this before handing over any money.

It's almost three weeks but nothing was updated on the shipment delivery to me.

You can never return what you purchase!!
And you would want to return because the quality of the clothes are really really bad.
I bought a trench coat that was priced at £50. The delivery took about 1 month as it was coming from China. The quality of the coat is so bad that I cannot even donate it. Its like a plastic. I followed guidelines from the website to follow the return process by which you need to drop the support emailid a return request and dispatch the item post they accept your return. 3 months and multiple chasers later, I am still waiting!!

Do NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are a scam!
