It was started by David Halpin in 2006, after 15 years experience in repairing and installing boilers with British Gas. I called gas works London, to sort out my boiler and why it was leaking and losing pressure, he managed to stop it from leaking, but when he went to sort out the radiator it never worked and he told me to get a new radiator anyway I called gas works London again to come fix the heater again he advised me to get a new radiator again it was leaking got another person out who fixed it in a few minutes and I was able to return the radiator I purchased. The engineers this company send out are useless and incompetent. A normal handyman fixed the problem in a few minutes. I only got these guys out because I thought they were professional they are cowboys. The boss tried to call me at 7am and asked me to take off my review which I did. Do not use these Crooks they will rip you off and don't provide the service like they should. I'm waiting for them to send me a small claims court summons .. DO NOT USE

How unusual to find a company that gives a 5 star service for a competitive price. From start to finish David and team couldn’t do enough to ensure my client experience around my Aircon installation was second to none.
I’ve had some teething problems with the Aircon and again David and Heydan were on the case working late into the evening to resolve.
Zero hesitation in recommending Gasworks to anyone thinking of having Aircon installed.
Your engineer Michael visited on the morning of 27/9 for a Gas Safe check. He found the boiler unsafe after replacing some parts and advised more were needed, leaving us without heating or hot water (thankfully the weather was mild). I accepted the quote for the additional work.
Michael returned on the afternoon of 6/10, fitted the remaining parts, and completed the job. Unfortunately, his Flue Gas Analyser wasn’t working, so engineer Manveer who was extremely polite and friendly, came later that evening to finish the test and issue the Gas Safe certificate. Both engineers and Gasworks London staff were professional and helpful throughout.

I had a new boiler installation in July 24 , converting my old boiler to a combi boiler. The installation was done expertly and professionally by an efficient team. I can highly recommend James and Manveer.
This week, I had to call Gasworkslondon to sort out an unusual blockage in the pipe-work of a shower which Manveer solved skilfully. Excellent service !!
Engineer was great, super polite and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.

Dave has been looking after our boiler and heating for 15 years. We just moved and after sending Manveer (great!) out to assess the system we had inherited we decided to replace the boiler.
David spent a day with us doing the power flush of the rads - really efficient and delightful guy, and then the team came to replace the boiler, rewire the underfloor heating etc. We are now set up with a hive system and it’s all working really well.
Thanks Dave - you have a great team and we’ll see you in a year for servicing.
Just had our Vaillant boiler serviced. Everything was done very efficiently, and Mason was excellent. Gasworks responded very promptly to my initial enquiry and booked an engineer visit for the next day. Very happy with the result, and how the work was done with care and expertise. Highly recommend.

Gasworks London did a great job of fitting my boiler a couple of years ago... Dave reckoned they'd done a few in my street over the years and sure enough, when my next door neighbour's boiler died last Christmas, Gasworks replaced it and the neighbours were very happy with the job. I also recommended Gasworks to my ex: She's just had a complicated flu and new boiler put in by Gasworks and is also very happy. Gasworks London do a solid professional job with a small friendly team, and I would happily use them again or recommend to others.
Dave was really helpful today (Saturday). He gave a step by step guide to topping up pressure to get boiler operational. Gasworks are always professional responding to all issues promptly.
Dave and his team at Gasworks responded to my inquiry immediately even though it was a Saturday. Having an engineer assess our boiler problem was reassuring and (of course) he solved the problem in no time. We used Gasworks to install a new boiler when we needed one. Highly recommend!

I was quite stressed as I had never experienced issues with my boiler before, and needed a new one installed urgently. The same day, Munvir visited and was fantastic. He took his time, thoroughly assessed the situation, took detailed photos, and reassured me with his calm and professional approach. He was incredibly diligent, answered all of my questions, and clearly showed that he genuinely cares about helping customers. His visit gave me a lot of confidence in the process.
By 9:30 AM the next day, I received a clear and competitive quote and made the full payment without hesitation. Dave, the manager, was also very reassuring, confirming that the installation would happen promptly. It’s clear that Dave leads by example and serves as a positive role model for his team.
The following morning at 7:30 AM, James arrived right on time. He was not only punctual but went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. His expertise was evident as he explained each step of the installation process, making sure I was comfortable and informed. James was thorough, detail-oriented, and worked efficiently without compromising quality. He’s clearly a people person, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant. It was obvious that James takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Overall, I am beyond impressed. In just 72 hours, I had a fully operational boiler installed by a team who truly care about what they do. The level of service was outstanding, and I believe the entire team—Munvir, Dave, and James—deserve a significant pay increase and company-wide recognition for their hard work and dedication.
