Upcoming and Underrated
I discovered the brand in a recent Cosmopolitan issue, and decided to check it out. I ordered earrings which came beautifully packaged and were better than I could've imagined. They are stunning! I will definitely be reordering from Vianne, and I am keeping an eye out for new collections. They have been featured in so many magazines for a reason! Definitely underrated!
I did have some trouble with delivery, but that was on my (typically bad) local Royal Mail post office, rather than the brand itself. Otherwise, the order was shipped extremely quickly once I had placed it, and you can tell it was packaged with a lot of care.
10/10 a lovely, trustworthy brand that is worth all the hype and more.

Was rose gold..
I thought this was a lovely well priced ring and trusted the reviews. My ring was rose gold but now it’s silver. I don’t submerge it in water and I don’t sleep with my ring on - so might as well have bought the silver one!
None the less very pretty ring but I don’t think I’ll be buying again

Thank you so much for your review. I’m very sorry to hear that the ring has lost its colour. However, I can assure you that this is not a defect of the product but merely the nature of wear and tear.
The gold and rose gold products on our website are categorised into 2 ranges. The standard range which is the regular gold plated jewellery. For this range, we use the standard thickness for the gold plate (0.5 - 1 micron) + a layer of e-coating which is another protective layer. The item you had purchased was from this range. Another range is our gemstone jewellery which is a more premium range and the plating is called ‘gold vermeil’. For this kind of plating, it is much thicker (5 times more) and longer lasting. Please note that for all types of gold plated jewellery, the gold colour will eventually come off. The only gold jewellery that doesn't lose its colour is solid gold jewellery which is much more expensive due to the high value of gold.

The plating can come off quicker or later, it really depends on many factors such as the exposure to humidity and liquid (including sweat, lotion, hand sanitiser, each individual’s natural body oils, etc.). In your case, however, I noted that the ring had been purchased for quite some time. It seems to be the nature of wear and tear.
However, I have been trying to reach you but didn't receive a reply back. I would like to offer you a replacement for your ring or a refund if you prefer. Please do get back in touch using the 'contact us' form on our website.

Rose gold pink quartz ring bought as a gift
Purchased a very pretty pink ring for my daughter. It arrived as promised, packaged well and appears to be of good quality. I queried the size of the stones as appears larger in the photos and received a very quick response inviting me to return the ring if not happy but my daughter is pleased so no need.

As explained to you in the email, the gemstone may appear larger in the pictures as we photographed our products using the ring in size medium (which is our most popular size). However, the ring you had purchased was size extra large. In this case, the gemstone may look smaller as the band gets bigger while the gemstone size remains the same. I hope that helps to clarify any questions you may have regarding the gemstone size.
