Lovely chain which I needed for my cartouche as my original one broke. This one is perfect. Delivery was very quick and ordering was easy. Thank you Jian.

Great earrings. Look stunning.

The service and product were excellent! Unfortunately after only forty years my taste
still doesn’t quite correspond with that of
My wife.
Thankyou

The bracelet was/is fantastic it was purchased to match some saphire earrings my wife inherited from her mother, I was as apprensive on purchase as this surprise could of really backfired but the bracelet was perfect

Taken down sorry

Excellent service and good quality. Will use again.

Totally professional and efficient service.
A beautiful piece of jewellery 😊

I bought my girlfriend a sapphire tennis bracelet and a heart shaped sapphire necklace to match for her birthday.
She absolutely loves them, the sparkling sapphire’s are amazing and very well made.
The gift wrapping was so nice and delivery was on time.
I did call the office before I made the purchase as I was nervous about buying online, the customer service was 10/10 and made me feel confident in the purchase.
I will definitely be buying more items from Jian

A truly excellent service and great product at very competitive prices.
Communication throughout was again excellent.

Great service from ordering to delivery, Beautiful Earrings

Lovely bracelet, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Wouldn’t even give it one star I’ve returned my product within 14 days to be repaired as a stone should not fall out of a ring after fourteen days and they are requesting a payment to fix. I’ve been informed the ring was squashed however I’m finding hard to understand how you can squash a ring on your finger where stones fall out LOL I may aswel buy from a grab and go machine.
Customer service talks over you and extremely rude wouldn’t use this company to wipe my behind with after the toilet it’s terrible.

Excellent website, excellent ordering method, delivery and communications. The wife was very pleased with the 55th wedding anniversary present which was well wrapped. Thank you.

Recieved my 1ct Peridot 18ct yellow gold stud earrings today and am pleased to say that I am delighted with my purchase. They were,in my opinion, reasonably priced and arrived the very next day. Will definitely recommend

Although my order turned out to not be what I wanted it was very pretty. I returned it and the response was very helpful and quick.

Purchased an emerald pendant and chain for our 55th wedding anniversary. My wife was delighted with it and so was I. The only downside was the promised next day delivery did not happen. This was more likely down to the deplorable state of royal mail who have failed in next day deliveries to me on more than one occasion. Apart from this the service and information received from Jian London was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Thank you

I order after 15:00 on a Thursday and the items were with me by the following day. Excellent quality and beautifully packaged. I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.
