Easy to place order and quick delivery

I bought mama signet ring for £70. After a few days it was so covered in scratches it looked dreadful. I emailed customer services and they stated this happens with these rings and makes the ring look ‘loved’. Shows very poor quality especially at £70 - for this quality save your money and go to accessorize!

Ring engraving looks great but sizing is very off. Its far too big and the dimensions listed online are the same as rings I have purchased from Libertys'. Really disapointing as now I'll have to get it re-sized or not wear it.

The main stone unfortunately has a bunch of micro scratches in the facets. I'm not sure if it was a returned ring or not but it did come back into stock even though it was already on sale. It's such a beautiful ring otherwise and I don't want to return it since I already paid duties on it anyway but it is a shame

I was very excited to purchase my first solid gold item from Carrie Elizabeth
The item sadly arrived damaged, with a deep cut in the solid gold, and the gold looks mottled as though its not pure or even solid gold.
Customer service is slow, not responding to my last mail, and Informing me they cant see very visible damage
Really poor experience when items firstly aren't quality controlled, and secondly lacking customer service.
Upsetting, as there were other items I was interested in, but based on this experience, it wouldn't be a return purchase for me

I waited weeks for it to come back in stock in my size, and it was worth the wait! I ordered the gold vermeil plated signet ring from the Louise Thompson range and am absolutely delighted with it. Came across Carrie's web site whilst searching for an opal ring. Identified one which unusually was available in a XXL size which I need because of my arthritic fingers.
