Great prices and extra discounts. Fantastic products and only positive previous experience.

I have purchased a few rings from here and they are great quality
Easy to order & quick delivery

Lovely jewellery, great prices and easy to order

Easy purchase free gifts and discount on next purchase whats not to like! If only every purchase gave something back. Many thanks Chris

So far so good, great price engagement ring for Halloween weekend away.

My original order was great. So much so I went in to try and order other products. Sub total £240 odd pounds minus £80 pounds = £205 🤷 Not in the school I went too. So NO extras for me, I'm afraid.

This is an exact copy of another review, simply as I completely agree:

Really easy to use website with good filtering tools to get exactly what you need. The only thing I would say is the extra charges should be made more clearer as I didn't see anything until it was time to pay

Absolutely livid. Ordered a ring from here for a proposal, the ring said quick ship 1-3 days shipment and paid £30 for express delivery on top and THEN paid £29.28 for shipping tax! My order was made a week ago and still no shipping update and no reply from customer services regarding a refund so I can source a ring from elsewhere. Turns out they aren’t even a UK business and are based in Hong Kong.

Furious is an understatement and complete fraud. Send me my refund before I escalate this further!

Very Good service, Contacted me straight away once they reliazed a mistake was made.

Easy shopping with great choice and deals

Buying so easy. Can't wait to see how good product is, once delivered.

I’ve heard bad reviews regarding the brand so let’s hope it’s not as bad as it seems

Easy website could find the stones in was looking for

Quality products

This is my first time using this website, I’ve bought an engagement ring. The website was very easy to use and allowed plenty of payment options. I would 100% use it again.

Amazing jewellery, great quality which is why I’m a returning customer.

Brilliant had loads of choice and beautiful peices

very easy to use simple instructions

Avoid this website.

I paid over £100 for a ring, which was advertised as an elegant piece. I selected from the choices of “stone” colours, but it was basic selections, then purchased the ring. It arrived and I can only describe it as plastic. The band is similar to that which you would get from a Christmas cracker. The “stones” are cloudy and feel like nothing more than the plastic gems you used in arts and crafts at school.

I contacted to request a refund. It took 9 days to receive a response, only to be told that my ring was a “design your own” and non refundable (which although it may well be in the fine print on the T’s and C’s, is not listed on the item description online).

I can understand one of a kind pieces being non-refundable if it’s down to ordering the wrong size or not liking the colours you chose, but to be told you cannot get a refund when you have been MISSOLD a COSTUME ring as a custom made ring? That’s absolutely shocking.

Don’t bother with it, it’s not worth the money or the effort.

Easy to purchase fingers crossed ring is as good as it looks online
