I bought a silver ring for my partner and after a week, one of the stones has fallen out. Could I request a replacement please? I have photographic evidence. Many thanks Greg

So pleased I stumbled on this website, stunning jewellery at great prices. Great range of ring sizes, even smaller sizes which are hard to find.

Absolutely beautiful! No faults!
Absolutely beautiful! Bigger than I expected it to be but that's not a downside. The fit is great as I'm typically am R so went with extra large.
Great little thing for my son as it's his birthstone.

Stunning piece of jewellery
Stunning piece of jewellery. Elegant, delicate and well made. My only complaint it that the band is very thin, and I'm not sure how long it will last wear and tear wise. But that is simply an observation and not yet had a problem, hopefully it won't be an issue at all! Otherwise a really beautiful piece and would 100% recommend. Great service, easy transaction and delivered in good time.

A great experience in every way
I first found Vianne Jewellery in Etsy, while looking for a ring for my girlfriend.
We reached out asking multiple questions and they were all answered very quickly. After customising the ring and placing the order, we were then kept up-to-date fully via Instagram.
Thank you again :)
