I bought a silver ring for my partner and after a week, one of the stones has fallen out. Could I request a replacement please? I have photographic evidence. Many thanks Greg

Hi Ammaarah,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review for our shop. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your item yet. However, upon checking I found that the item you had placed the order for is a 'pre-order item'. It shows on the product page that the item will be back in stock and will be ready for dispatch around the end of this month. The button you had clicked to purchase also shows the text 'pre-order' on it. I understand that there may be some confusion regarding the shipment of your order. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please feel free to get in touch at hello@viannejewellery.com
Kind regards,
Vianne

5 star service!
5 star service!
I have bought from them twice. The first time, the ring was too big and they did what they could to replace it with a smaller one.
The second time, the ring was the perfect fit.
Always packaged beautifully.
The ring doesn't glisten the way it does on the website but is very good quality.

Beautiful earrings
I was looking for some earrings matching a pendant I already had. I was delighted to find such a pair on Vianne website, where the items of jewellery were well described and presented. It was easy to order and the delivery took a week as stated.
The earrings I ordered arrived tastefully wrapped inside a safe package. It was a pleasure to open the parcel and I am very pleased with my purchase.
It was a good shopping experience and I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
