I bought a silver ring for my partner and after a week, one of the stones has fallen out. Could I request a replacement please? I have photographic evidence. Many thanks Greg

The ring itself is lovely, but fragile and bendy.
The ring itself is lovely, colours are just perfect. Unfortunately, the ring is very fragile and will not be fit for my purpose of buying. I have worn it for one evening and it has bent out of shape. Upon inspection, the band is very bendy and fragile.
