I ordered as a travel ring, my job is heavy handed and I would have hated to damage my real ring. However, the item came and there is no difference!! Just a price tag. If my partner bought this as my normal wedding ring I would have had no idea.

I purchased the most beautiful promise…
I purchased the most beautiful promise ring for my girlfriend from Vianne Jewellery and was initially really happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, upon receiving the ring, I realised we needed to size up, so I returned it as instructed.
After around four weeks had passed, I contacted the team to check whether my return had been received, only to be told that they had not received the item. I continued to reach out in the hope that the return had since been located, but after the initial response, my messages were unfortunately ignored.
It’s incredibly disappointing, particularly given the value of the item and the sentimental significance of the purchase. I would have expected much better communication and customer service, especially when dealing with a returned item of this value.
Sadly, what should have been a really special purchase has instead been an extremely frustrating experience and, at this point, a complete waste of money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that this has been such a disappointing experience, especially as the ring was purchased for such a meaningful occasion.
Unfortunately, the returned parcel has never arrived back with us. When you contacted us, we checked for the return and also asked if you were able to provide a tracking number or proof of postage so that we could help establish what had happened. As neither was available, we recommended contacting the courier directly, as they would be best placed to investigate a parcel that may have been lost in transit.
We completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this situation must be. As we have not received the returned ring, unfortunately we are unable to process the size exchange at this stage.
However, if you are able to locate the parcel or obtain further information from the courier in the future and the ring is returned to us, we will of course still be happy to honour the size exchange for you.
We really do hope the parcel can be located and that we can help bring this to a positive resolution.

Unfortunately, we haven't heard back since, and as the ring hasn't been returned to us, we haven't been able to process either a replacement or a refund.

Do not buy from Vianne Jewellery. I bought a ring set advertised for "everyday wear," and it has been a disaster. The first ring lost its stones within a month. The replacement ring lasted just 8 weeks before the rhodium plating completely stripped off, turning the ring a dull grey. To make matters worse, the gemstones have drastically faded.
Customer service was defensive, claiming this is "normal wear and tear" for a two-month-old ring, telling me to take it for replating at a jewellers! In regards to the fading stones, their attitude was to clean them! They just need a good clean apparently. After 2 months of normal wear, and no other rings on that hand have reacted to anything. Ultimately told me to just raise a chargeback with my bank because they refused to refund it. Absolutely shocking quality and zero accountability. If thinking of buying jewellery from here, don't, it is not worth it and the quality is poor. If i could upload photos to show the quality after 2 months of an apparent 'uncared for ring' then I would. Like I say, no other 'quality' jewellery reacts like this after 2 months of normal wear. They state it was 4 month old, yet the original ring the stones fell out, so no, it wasn't. Also the condescending comments of' if i buy jewellery from anyone else, it won't stay new forever'.......like ive never bought jewellery before 🤣 maybe they are right, i haven't bought jewellery of such poor quality, that after 2 months, or even 4 as they suggest it deteriorates 🤷🏻

Vianne Jewellery’s reply below is completely misleading. My chargeback claim has now been officially confirmed and closed in my favour by my bank.
Future buyers, please be aware of the facts:
They claimed I simply "chose" to raise a chargeback: I only filed a chargeback because their support team explicitly instructed me in writing—on two separate occasions—to do so rather than honoring a statutory refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. This was for a ring whose plating completely stripped to grey within just 8 weeks, despite being advertised for "everyday wear".
They claimed the bank concluded the case in their favour: This is false. The bank ruled in my favour and the matter is now fully and permanently resolved.
It is disappointing that the retailer chose to post a misleading public response rather than take responsibility for product quality. Keep your receipts and written communications, as their public claims do not match reality.

We take all quality concerns seriously. When you first contacted us, we replaced your original ring after you reported that stones had become loose. When you later contacted us regarding the replacement ring, we carefully reviewed the concerns raised and explained our assessment in line with our warranty and care guidance.
As we were unable to reach an agreement, you chose to raise a chargeback with your bank. After reviewing the evidence submitted by both parties, the bank concluded the case in our favour.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we always aim to investigate every concern fairly and provide honest advice based on the information available. We remain committed to offering quality jewellery and professional customer service to all of our customers.
Update – 11 August 2026
We are sorry to see your review has been updated and would like to clarify one point regarding the chargeback.
Our previous response was based on the formal outcome communicated to us through our payment provider. Our records confirm that the chargeback for £99.99 was reversed in our favour and the funds were returned to us. We therefore did not knowingly provide any misleading information in our response.
We appreciate that your bank may have communicated a different outcome to you or subsequently reimbursed you separately, but we can only accurately report the information provided to us regarding the dispute on our side.
We are sorry that you remain unhappy with your experience. As the matter has now been through the formal dispute process, we don't believe that continuing to debate the details publicly would be helpful.
