It was as easy as a quick snap of the camera . The price was lower than Walmart or Walgreens $14.90 for 4 perfect pictures. Three seconds later results, what the problem was and should you use the pic. Printing the pic at Walgreens was also quick and super easy with a price tag of just $0.58.

I wanted a digital picture for the Chinese Visa application. I paid $9.99 for the image. According to the website, if the picture is not approved, a full refund will be issued. Once I upload my picture, which I received from Snap2Pass, in seconds the picture was rejected by the Chinese Visa site, I sent a message to Snap2Pass that the picture you sent me got rejected, please issue me a refund, they replied that the picture was fine and they refuse to issue a refund, it's not about $9.99, it's abot the commitment and what you are claiming at your website. I went to my neighbourhood photographer, who took a picture and emailed me the digital image. I uploaded it to the Chinese Visa site, and it got approved in a second. If you need a picture for your visa, especially for a Chinese Visa, consider visiting a location that offers photo services and have them email the picture to you. Don't waste your time and money here.

We thought this service would print and deliver the passport-size photos we uploaded, but instead, it just edited our existing photo and sent back a digital version, something we had already done ourselves. Ended up wasting nearly $15 for nothing useful. Total disappointment.

Fast & efficient - after repeatedly trying on my own to submit a photo for a visa it took less than 5 minutes for Snap2Pass to fix & review my pic which was accepted for my visa on the 1st try.

Twice they approved my photo for submission, twice it was rejected. I was told to resubmit the rejected photo 3 times and it would trick the review process and approve the photos. It did not. Eventually they were able to provide me with a photo that was approved.
They did the job they agreed to do and were prompt in answering my questions.

Very disappointed. I thought I would get passport pics for almost $14. I went to Walmart and got the pictures for less than $8.

Picture did not work. At a angle. They said it was fine.

Not clear at all how to print and verify Canadian passport photo. Had to go to Walgreens.

Sooooo much better than the old days of going to the post office or FedEx or Walgreens. Fast, done from anywhere, and sized for your specific need. I’ll be using Snap2Pass for all my document photo needs and have already told multiple friends and coworkers!
