Disappointment

We thought this service would print and deliver the passport-size photos we uploaded, but instead, it just edited our existing photo and sent back a digital version, something we had already done ourselves. Ended up wasting nearly $15 for nothing useful. Total disappointment.

Snap2Pass is a digital photo service — we don’t print or mail physical photos, but instead provide expert-checked digital passport and visa photos that meet official requirements and are ready to print at home or at a photo center.

Poor Customer Support

This 1 star is for the poor customer services they have... This was my second time ordering here. 1st time I got my order as expected (original) but second time one of the perfume was fake not original and I tried every possible way to contact thyou customer service in order to return it but no one would answer the call I did send them an email too with all the details still waiting for a reply! Very bad customer support system!
