The ordering seems odd

The ordering seems odd, offer was $10 off $50 order. I spent $140 from the toy list and was told the coupon was not valid at checkout. Two $5 toys were $27 to ship, that’s also steep. Oh well I spent several hours going through toys and picking out items for my toddler. After that I just ate the shipping and fake coupon. Merry Christmas! Update, I called customer service and asked about why the coupon did not work. They agreed that it was odd but the system would not let them apply the code 10FUN. They suggested I go to the store and ask at a counter. I said that would not be possible that the store was a 1.5 hour drive. I asked if there was anyone else that could help. They said they would call a supervisor. I waited and they returned and said that they were authorized to take the $10 off a product to solve the problem. I am grateful they gave me the $10 off.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback, Daniel. We are sorry about the issues in regards of placing your toy orders online. I see the $10 off coupon was for one item and it took that off the price of the Road Warrior Motorcycle. It charged the shipping because the order total was under the $49 minimum purchase amount, however since all 3 orders combined are over that I removed that shipping charge as well.
