Don't waste you money and time here

I wanted a digital picture for the Chinese Visa application. I paid $9.99 for the image. According to the website, if the picture is not approved, a full refund will be issued. Once I upload my picture, which I received from Snap2Pass, in seconds the picture was rejected by the Chinese Visa site, I sent a message to Snap2Pass that the picture you sent me got rejected, please issue me a refund, they replied that the picture was fine and they refuse to issue a refund, it's not about $9.99, it's abot the commitment and what you are claiming at your website. I went to my neighbourhood photographer, who took a picture and emailed me the digital image. I uploaded it to the Chinese Visa site, and it got approved in a second. If you need a picture for your visa, especially for a Chinese Visa, consider visiting a location that offers photo services and have them email the picture to you. Don't waste your time and money here.
