More info needed

I think this is probably a great service, only they need to have a message on the home page that tells you to wait to see if you get an email before you send your photo off to US immigration. I got an initial downloaded pic that said Fine and good to go. But after I'd submitted t the picture to the DV lottery I looked at my email and found a message to say that the pic wasn't up to scratch and needed to be re-shot. Too late. Bang goes my chance in the US diversity lottery

You approved my picture for the Chinese visa but the Chinese Visa application did not. I have to pay again for another picture and then hope that one works!!!

I needed to renew my sons uk passport…

I needed to renew my sons uk passport who currently lives in the us.
