Total waste of money

Total waste of money. Don’t use this!! There is absolutely no way to contact them. They approved a photo and when I had it developed at the drugstore I was told it would not be acceptable because of a shadow next to my ear. Tried repeatedly to contact support and the emails are all undelivered.

They approved the photo but when I…

They approved the photo but when I measured it, the face was smaller than the requirement. I tried to email them at the 3 emails provided and all my emails were returned as undelivered. I will reverse the credit card charge.

There were multiple things wrong with the photo, but you okayed it. A brown thing in the background,body not straight on to camera, and I had a very big smile, which is not allowed. I wasted my money with your company and now I will have to redo photos, in order for them to be accepted. .

stupid system - no communication

This is such a stupid system. The website said they would let us know within 10 minutes if the picture was OK he took them an hour. Also, they rejected the photo because the baby was smiling. I am still not sure if this picture I submitted was OK. I sent them an email still have not heard back. But it’s saying I can go pick up the photo. If the application gets rejected because of this photo, I’m gonna have you guys pay for all the fees to rush this.
