Picked up car at Dublin airport, they were the busiest out of all the counters so a good sign of trust. I was helped by Joe.M who was super patient & kind to all customers ahead of me. I was grateful for the upgrade. The nicest car I have ever driven. Thank you sixt, I'll only be using you guys going forward.

International travelers : Avoid at all cost ! I had a fully pre-paid reservation but they demanded that I paid an extra 260 pounds !!, because my Visa Card couldn't allegedly cover the deposit, which was not true. This is a pure exortion of undue founds. Fellow travellers, beware !!!

We used Sixt for a very short stay in Dublin, cut even shorter due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to return our car earlier than planned. Pick up was very friendly and accommodating. Drop off was smooth, we could even get information about where to refuel from one of the attendants, you may also ask them to refuel for you for a fee. We reached out later to explain our situation about having to drop off the car early and they were kind enough to issue a partial refund which is very thoughtful and generous. We will definitely use Sixt in the future and recommend it. Thank you Jamie!

Smooth pick up of rental car ,Joshua obviously very good at his job. He explained the whole process to us in great detail. We used a broker for the insurance, but after a chat with Joshua we now know the best method. Certainly recommend and soon be using sixt again. We met Nashton C on returning the car, very friendly and helpful, we gained more information about booking direct with Sixt next time .Thanks to all, the courtesy bus driver helped us with our bags, very professional. The Agent at the arrivals desk was very courteous and lucky for us offered us an upgrade to the category of vehicle we rented from a manual to an automatic which was highly desirable and appreciated negotiating the narrow roads of Ireland. The car was practically brand new with a few thousand kilometers on the clock and it performed flawlessly. The drop-off procedure was simple and also went very smoothly. Within an hour I received the close out paperwork and it was a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely rent again from Sixt

This is my worst experience on car rental when SIXT partnership with Ryanair Car Rental. I have booked the service to pick up at Dublin Airport they refused to give me the car as they have the strictest 4 years rule on the liscense which all the other rental companies around the desk at the airport could offer the rental to me when I asked. Since I have a booking already with them through RyanAir Car Rental the staff said they could not help on any amendment and told me to contact Ryanair, I did and without any progress at that moment I had to find another rental agency on site to continue my trip.

When I returned to Dublin airport and asked again at SIXT desk they refused to provide any information on my booking and only refer me back to Ryanair, and of course at the end Ryanair just claimed me as no show and charged me full amount on a service I did not have a chance to enjoy with even a minute.

What a brilliant way to make money with the so call partnership so both parties can avoid all the responsibilities when the customer is trying hard to get a resolution.

Great service from the lady agent who served me with my car hire for my time in Ireland. Pick up was from Cork airport. The agent was very friendly and professional. I was advised of my options in a very friendly way and no pressure applied. The whole process was easy and a pleasure, the opposite to my European tours which has always been very stressful. The drop off was equally relaxed, where I was met by an agent who took receipt of the car and advised the route back to the airport entrance. I was e mailed the acceptance of the car return with no faults within the same day. Excellent service throughout!

The staff at Cork Airport made a huge difference, a team member noticed my dad had limited mobility so offered straight away without any prompt to bring the hire car right to the front door of the airport, this is what has set SIXT apart from the others, considerate and thoughtful all with a pleasant smile.
This is my first time using SIXT, their price all inclusive was by far better than the competition, the service was outstanding and the process so smooth and user friendly with very good clear communication throughout and follow up after returning the car, the family felt valued, the location manager even sent travel disruption updates back to the airport to support the return.
People make a difference in a highly competitive world full of choice.

Con la reserva online fue muy fácil coger el coche, ademas con la amabilidad y esfuerzo de la señorita que nos atendió fue muy rápida la entrega. Ah! Y como no tenían el coche reservado me dieron otro de mayor categoría. Volveré a Cork y a reservar en Six.
