NewWay is a new car rental company for me, and I have been delighted for many of their services, things that set them apart from other. The booking was easy; there was no large deposit required, except for a small money hold for fuel. The service agent at the Dublin airport was excellent and my car was clean and ready to go. I also like that there was additional fee for driving through Northern Ireland on my way to Donegal. I will absolutely be using NewWay next time I am in Ireland :)

Very good experience. Full risk insurance. Easy check-in and check out. Good car. Excellent price. I will definitely rent from them again.

Formula all inclusive very pratcical and easy. Just be more clear on where to park the car when you are closed. The explanations on the map do not correspond. Fortunately Avis and Budget were opened, so that we could return the car to them.

Super easy pickup and return, took us less than 5 minutes each.
Fully comprehensive insurance (tyre & windscreen cover) - and no deposit. Everything is included.

The charges were not applied a month later, getting information on what they were took a month. There was also a charge for the toll's, plus admin, plus exchange rate. So no, this additional, uninvoiced, undeclared at point of return, extra charge was clarified eventually on a call as an extra day. I don't keep a log of my times so it would be difficult for me to even challenge it, but it is incredibly excessive to charge a full extra day for what was likely no more than an hour and to provide zero communications to me.... just go ahead and take money from my account. How do you not have to provide at least invoices, for any and all (including the tolls - which have also produced NO invoices to me) for all charges... seems there is no accountability without endless chasing, and dead ends.

I’d give zero stars if I could. One month after I returned the car, several phone calls later I learn that without providing evidence or a receipt or any justification, Newway charged me for an extra day on a one day car rental. This company is also the same one as Avis (I discovered after the fact) who always manage to find extra insurance needs at the counter when I go pick up the car that are unclear when making the booking.
Dublin car hire with Avis and Newway (same company) is just the worst possible experience. They always find a way to charge more and are the least pleasant people to deal with.

Booked an automatic and booking changed to a manual. The car was filthy and full of dents and scrapes. I purposely booked with New way over enterprise because they advertise terminal building pick up and drop off, so avoiding the huge car park drop off and bus waiting and journey to terminal building. And finally the staff could not be more uninterested!

Easy to rent and pick up vehicle. All inclusive policy provided a more relaxing experience.

El coche estaba bastante anticuado, no se podía conectar el bluetooth si no era por cable, y era una conexión USB que ya no funciona con IPhone 16. Así que imposible conectarme. Un verdadero problema para los mapas. El limpiaparabrisas estaba tan gastado que no limpiaba nada absolutamente. Algo incómodo si estas en Irlanda que llueve bastante. No me ha gustado la experiencia.

The key to me was one invoice. No turning up and finding I have to leave a Euro 3500 deposit/ or hold on my Credit card. Which once converted into my home country exchange rate doesn't leave any space on the credit card for the reset of the hire period/trip. Some car hire companies take the money and return it, yet never take into account exchange rates, therefore I have always been left out of pocket. NewWay is competitive with no extra or holds on my credit card.

I hesitated at renting from this company at first and after checking other rental companies quotes was a bit worried. So I went back to New Way and booked thru them. Upon arriving at the airport located the desk for pick up had a sign to pick up at Budget which I did they had a car for me handed me the keys and location where was parked. Car had some minor damages on it so take pictures of damages before starting the car. Drove the car for two weeks no problems filled tank back up at the Last Green Apple on M1 before the airport dropped car off at terminal 2 car rental return. Took keys and dropped in after hours drop box at Budget. Have to heard anything back about any issues and gas deposit was credited back shortly after. Great thing with new way everything is included in price, no deposit, cross boarder coverage, tire and windshield coverage, all insurance coverage with no access, they do take a gas deposit so you need to return the car back full of gas to get your deposit back which is close to $200.00 US. had a decent little car as great for small Irish road and had no problems with the vehicle except the headlights need to be adjusted for nighttime driving. Booking pro ess was simple and easy, staff very responsive to questions

I gave 4 stars but it should be 3 & 1/2 . 1 point knocked off for poor pick up experience, the newway kiosk was un attanded and we had to go to the next kiosk of a different company which had a very long queue because of this and only one person dealing with the queue of people. This was mid morning when newway kiosk should of been open . Half point knocked off because the hire car was smaller than the one I booked, it was a good clean car but not as ordered

Check-in and checkout were easy, and having insurance and road assistance included in the rate gave us peace of mind.

The counter at the Dublin airport was not manned but it referred us to the Avis/Budget desk, and they gave us good service and information. It took us a few minutes to find the car since it was a large car park/garage, so not so easy to locate. The car was nice and small. As expected. Very economical in terms of fuel but obviously very slow or weak at times. Struggling up hills even with 2 adults and 2 suitcases... Upon returning the car you had to be careful of taking the correct entrance to the same car park.

Always the best! Nobody touches NewWay as far as service, price, and dependability. Employees are great as well! Always friendly, efficient and courteous. I never fail to recommend NewWay!

Problema iniziale con c/c che pareva irrisolvibile poi dopo 15minuyi risolto con cambio autista e pagamento supplementare. Potevano dirlo subito . Ci danno chiavi auto in un sacchetto senza minimi spiegazione. Ci avvis l’auto un cliente. Causa utilizzo errato cambio auto il giorno dopo senza batteria. Assistenza ok in un ora auto sistemata.
