Just about the worst bank ever! I concur with the previous comments... Specifically regarding DB Marbella... 2 emails unanswered, don't pick up phone calls... I tried to close my account through central Customer Service in Barcelona... No reply to my email. The sheer arrogance of these 'campasignos' in Andalucia is astonishing. As a retail bank... DB are bust. Not convinced the parent company will survive either. Astonishing.

Sent a money transfer from UK bank to this tinpot Deutsche bank in Spain and they charged me €12 for the transfer. As a result I had to send a further€22.14 as they charged a further €12 for this further transfer.
I wouldn’t mind but I don’t even have an account with this German bank, nor would I after this . Thieves!!!

I would give -5 if I could. Warning for DB Marbella office… You have to be careful and keep an eye on what is happening with your account at all times!!! They have just scammed me out of 4 years worth of interest on a credit card that I had sent a payment to pay in full. Instead they have made minimum payments!!! For 4 years!!! My intent was not to use this credit card anymore so I assumed everything was fixed as per the e-mail and telephone conversations I had with the bank representative. Nope! Now, when trying to fix the situation all I get are excuses and my contact person at the bank being arrogant and sarcastic and shifting the blame of her mistake to me!! So unprofessional. I have no words. Stay away from this bank and their archaic systems. You have been warned…

Lamentable es poco.

Cuento mi experiencia:

- Recibimos una transferencia de 400€
- Nos cobran 10€ de comisión
- Entramos en la APP, vemos el correo de contacto y envíamos un correo pidiendo que lo revisen ya que no pueden cobrar comisiones por tranferencias SEPA -menos una entrante, que ya es una risa-
- El martes seguimos sin respuesta, mandamos otro correo
- Me responden el miércoles diciendo que llame por teléfono ¿?
- Digo que no quiero llamar, que lo pasen a quien lo tengan que pasar y que lo resuelvan
- Me responden que si quiero poner una reclamación que mande mi DNI y no sé qué más tonterias.

A día de hoy, la situación es:

- Tienen 10€ robados
- No ha dado solución
- No tienen intereés de solucionar nada y trabajan con outsourcers

Por lo tanto, huid a cualquier otro banco, mucho más si queréis hacer cuentas online como es nuestro caso: Revolut, Orange Bank...

Ahora, si queréis que nadie resuelva nada, os cobren por recibir trasnferencias entrantes y todo sean estúpidas normas y burocracia, este es vuestro banco.

Por supuesto, una vez recuperemos el dinero cancelaramos la cuenta e iremos a otra entidad.

Me envían un mensaje por la web que les falta actualizar mis DNI, se lo llevo personalmente a una oficina que no es la que me asignan. Me bloquearon y devolvieron los recibos durante mis vacaciones. Su respuesta nula, que DES-Atencion al cliente no puede resolverlo.
Total si sólo me dejan tirado sin acceso a mi dinero por lo que además cobran una comisión.
Seguro que si quieres ser cliente, esto es un aliciente, cuanto más lejos mejor.

Soy nueva, vengo huyendo de las comisiones del Sabadell. Por ahora muy bien. Todo funciona a la primera. Destacaría sus sistemas de seguridad de banca online. Excelentes

Warning for people who seek a good bank.. Don't use Deutsche Bank! Every known bad bank isn't more worse than Deutsche Bank. If you have a tiny problem or like in our case a bankaccount block because of our emails that don't reach anyone over there then you have a BIG problem even when it's tiny because it will grow to an even bigger problem for sure! In our case we've been blocked from our account for 2 months now and the problem is a letter with proof of employment against money laundering (whut??) which is send instantly 2 months ago and is perfectly fine and there is no proof of any irregularities for which we are blocked now.. Off course we understand that you have to send the proof but with no customer service, no online, telephone or active email help desk this is a failing mission.. After more than 50 unanswered phone calls and 20 emails we finally got thru but this lady keeps sending us to a non existing helpdesk with an active telephone number but at Deutsche Bank nobody ever answers the phone. E-mails also are not answered as stated in their policy this means if you have any problems they are bound to stay that way and we are the living proof of this failed helpdesk system. So to help anybody even considering this bank, for god sake seek another bank immediately because another bank can't be more bad then this one! Please don't open an account here you'll regret it maybe not on the first day but a bit later in time that decision will proof to be the baddest one you ever took! Hope we've helped some or a lot of people to not have the same massive problems we are experiencing with Deutsche Bank. Still not convinced?.. Their online bank app is as bad as their help it works 2 out of 20 times and if you have another telephone device you have to go call the bank ro reactivate it but as we said it is impossible to reach them so good luck in activating your online mi banco app.. Something simple such as activating your bank app at our belgium bank becomes a huge problem with a lot of anger and intergalactic frustrations at Deutsche bank.. Positive greetings from Ibiza!

Do NOT use Deutsche Bank! EVER! We have bought & sold properties, six times in Norway and twice in Spain. The second time we bought in Spain we used DB, thinking because it is a German bank originally it would be better than Spanish banks. Not so, huge mistake! We have never had more shockingly bad, unprofessional & arrogant service. It felt like it was the first time the bank director had given a hipoteca, it took 4 painful months to get through the extremely chaotic and erratic process that nearly broke us down emotionally. And we are pretty tough and had done this once before! Incredible really. Impossible to get in touch by phone, mail and endless queues for meangless things. The Torre del Mar branch is now extinct and I really hope the director lost his job.

I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and I'm really fed up with them. They closed their office in my town and moved to another town, half an hour's drive from where I live.
The staff does not seem to know what they're doing: as soon as you come up with a non-standard question, be aware you probably will not get a correct answer. If you want an appointment, you will have to wait more than a week to get one.
The worst experience was the phone call I had yesterday with their call center because I needed a register code for my new smartphone: they kept me waiting for about 6 minutes (playing commercials!), and charged € 6,78 for it. Terrible!
