APPALLING NONE EXISTENT COSTUMERS SERVICES . I PLACED MY ORDER ON THE 17 OF AUGUST , STILL DID NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER , NO TELEPHONE LINE TO CALL COSTUMERS SERVICES , THATS ALRADY A BAD SIGN , THEN WHEN I HAD TO SEND SEVERALS EMAILS , TELLING LIES THAT THEY HAVE SEND ME AN EMAIL OF DISPATCHED THAT I NEVER RECEIVED AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR , MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPAGNY UPLIFTED LINGERIE !👎🤯

I received a response from Heidi. It seems the Royal Mail misplaced my items during transit. Heidi handled the situation professionally and has already sent replacement items, which I hope to receive tomorrow. Additionally, one item is out of stock, and I've been fully refunded for it.

I deeply regret visiting this website. The customer service is nonexistent. I received a notification on Tuesday, August 13th, that my item was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter. Five working days later, on August 19th, I am still waiting for the bras to be delivered. I have emailed customer service but received no response. I tried their chat bot and got no reply either. I don't even know what to do now.

Absolutely spot on service, Heidi kept me updated on delivery time, bra perfect, just what l wanted, don't understand the negative reviews, l'll definitely be buying again. Thank you Uplifted.

Bought a strapless bra in May and unfortunately the cups were deeply creased which was obvious even with clothes on. Not sure if the bra was like that when they shipped it but rather than arriving with padding in the cups it was in a plastic bag and just in a paper mailing bag. Probably could have been avoided if packed in a box or with suitable padding in the cups during transit.

Contacted the company and they did reply swiftly and sent a prepaid label to return the item. Refund confirmation and money took just over 5 weeks.

Very friendly and efficient service. Competitive pricing. Helpful with receiving a return and sending out replacements. Would not hesitate in using this company again and would recommend to others.

The customer service I received from Heidi has been great. Very communicative over email and although they can't find the items I returned they still provided a refund as I could prove that I returned the items.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews left on here, but I needn't have been.

Great customer service. I mistakenly ordered a wrong colour but realised after paying. They were so helpful and sorted the colour out quickly and efficiently. Goods delivered promptly. High quality product that fits well and looks great too.

Nice lingerie and when my order was delayed being dispatched, they upgraded my delivery so I could have in time for my holiday!

Took ages to arrive only to be sent wrong bra. Not at all as described. Sent bra back, as asked and they say they never received it. They have kept my £33+. Scammers

Update June 7th: I have finally received my parcel. The items itself are great.
After I have left the review, the customer service got back to immediatly (I was hoping they would) and continued to keeping me updated on the delivery status. So that improved my experience.
I have to say, though, that it is weird that I have received all other emails with no issues. And the others were supposed to have been lost in my spam filter. Also, the tracking link read to me as my parcel was only provided to shipping approx. 20 days after they've told me.

June 1st: Very bad experience. I have ordered on May 3rd, received the email that my order was shipped on May 8th. Since then nothing. I haven't received my parcel - I live in Austria, but the estimated delivery time was about 10 days. Afterwards I have reached out to the sales team via email, I didn't get an answer. I reached out to the complaint team - no answer. Right this moment I was trying to reach them via their live chat function on the website - no answer and after 20 minutes of waiting the chat closed automatically.

Very satisfied with my purchase! Took exactly one month from UK to Texas. I’ve order other items from the UK before and it usually takes 2.5-4 weeks to arrive. So around the same time frame. The pink packaging is the cherry on top! The customer service was good as well, they respond within one business day and are eager to help—thanks Heidi for answering questions about my order.

I placed an order before reading reviews after reading them I panicked thinking I'd made a big mistake ordering from this company I really must say I was kept up to date with emails of when my delivery was due and my parcel arrived on time I had no problems with them happy customer

I ordered a sports bra at the end of November in the same size that I normally wear, however it came up bigger which is unusual but I sent back middle of December (as I had been away) for an exchange and I can't fault Heidi she was really helpful in sorting out the exchange and given that it was just before Christmas the replacement came on the 27th just in time for me to wear at the gym today. I've seen the other reviews but my experience has been positive so thanks Heidi!
