Customer service is second to none.
Needed help with a replacement order and Heidi could not have been more helpful, quick responses and managed to get my new items to me, even upgrading postage at no extra cost !!
Definitely recommend this company, I know where I will be shopping in the future.

Ordered the wrong size , I realised this a few hours later & emailed customer services , within a couple of hours I had received a reply saying it had all been taken care of !
Many companies would have replied with “ sorry nothing we can do “ which I was expecting and I was resigned to returning and ordering the correct size as it was my fault .
A great selection on their website with a wide size range and cheaper than lots of other place

Prompt replies to queries and very helpful in getting my order to me on time.

Unfortunately due to sizing of different brands my initial order didn't fit however an exchange was arranged straight away and good communication throughout. Goods received in perfect condition. Would recommend a browse as there is a large range and good pricing.

Bras were good quality, reasonably priced and delivered within 2 days.

Unfortunately the bras I ordered were the wrong size, and when I returned them stupidly I returned them to the manufacturer, rather than Uplifted, not realising my mistake. Luckily, I had kept proof of postage so when I didn't receive the refund I got in touch, using the Uplifted order number, and got an amazingly prompt reply from Heidi. Thanks to her efforts contacting the manufacturer and tracking the parcel down it's all been sorted out. If only all online retailers were as efficient, friendly and helpful! My only very small quibble is that perhaps the information about returns could be a bit more prominent on the invoice, but that doesn't detract from a more than 5 star customer service!

I purchased a bra that was faulty, returned it having to pay postage and then apparently they sent it back to the manufacturer for tests.
I had ti Email them numerous times just to get a response, finally after 4 weeks finally got a refund for a faulty bra.
I have purchased from here before but definitely won’t be buying again there customer service definitely needs training on good customer care.

Order came quickly I had ordered wrong size so returned and asked for replacement I was concerned because I had an email saying it had not been received Was concerned as not used the firm before and going on holiday.Heidi reassured me and said sometimes parcels take longer, it did arrive and I am pleased with it and the service would use again

I have come back here to leave a review because I had an excellent experience and I nearly cancelled my order thinking it was a scam site because of all the negative reviews!
I found the service fantastic and the bras are genuine because I have worn the same one for over a decade and the pricing on this website is less than Bravissimo. Please don't be put off and enjoy your new underwear!

I have been using uplifted for a few years and I’m always impressed by their service and variety of underwear.
I had a great customer experience this morning as I ordered the wrong size bra, emailed them and they promptly messaged me back and changed my order to the correct size. Very impressed!

Ordered 2 bras then realised my details were incorrect so sent an email. Had a response in less than an hour & my details were updated.
Delivery was prompt and I'm very happy with my purchase and the service.
