Due to some reviews about delivery of orders I emailed my concerns to the company who responded the next day advising me my order was on its way. True to their word,my new bra was delivered a couple of days later. Very pleased with my bra which fits perfectly and is very pretty. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Uplifted Lingerie again.

First time ordering from uplifted lingerie, goods arrived within 5-7 working days.
Will be ordering again. I was a little worried as no direct telephone contact, however I did contact them by email and chat , replied to my question promptly.

I ordered 2 bras on Sunday hoping to get them in a few days. As I had not received notification that they had been dispatched I emailed at 7.30am today. I received an immediate response from Heidi. They are due out this morning and she has kindly upgraded my delivery to 24 hour tracked so I should hopefully get them tomorrow.

Prices are very reasonable and the items I purchased arrived within a fortnight. Well worth waiting for, so comfy and supportive. I had a slight problem with an error I made with my second order and customer services replied next day with error corrected. Very pleased, will use this company in the future.

Ordered bras on 19th June and obviously paid, I received a confirmation email but nothing since. The email confirmation states Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery but a week later nothing. No email, no tracking nothing. There is no contact number on Google but on insta, the phone number is for a totally different company??? There is also a 0845 number which is no longer in service. I have sent an email and a chat on insta but no reply as of yet. Absolutely shocking!! Following on from yesterday's post, I have now received an email explaining that they were waiting for the bra from the supplier. Why they did not have the courtesy to inform me about this is beyond me and would've stopped a bad review.

I ordered 2 bras on 20th May for my holiday next week. I have emailed to chase but no reply. It's now 9 days and no communication what so ever. Really disappointed.

Just wanted to reassure potential customers. The communication from this company isn’t great (although they did get straight back to me when I emailed to chase up my order) but my bras were dispatched within 3 working days as per their website and then I received my bras 6 days after ordering and they are of an excellent quality and exactly what I ordered. It’s a legit website from my experience!

I ordered 4x Fantasie Envisage bras, which I always wear. I needed to go up in a back size, but forgot when ordering to come down in the cup size. 3 days later when I realised I emailed customer services, and Heidi came back to me within hours to give me some helpful advice and change my order with no questions. I wouldn’t have been able to do that with one of the big companies! V friendly helpful service, amazing value compared to the big chains and when you’re ordering 4x new bras it makes a big difference. Thanks Heidi & Team - will be ordering again! :)

Do not trust this company. They took my payment but have not followed up with either an email of confirmation of the order or the order itself. They will not respond to my email and they do not have a telephone number, do not use this company. the customer service address for the emails that they have provided is a bounce back email.

Great service and amazing communication. Did everything they could to get my order to me as soon as possible. Have ordered before and will definitely order again especially since they are the cheapest on the market for some of the brands!

Great price on Panache bras (Tango is my go to) I ordered online on Saturday night, got confirmation on Monday and delivery on Thursday - very happy and would use again.

After a bumpy start when £ was taken but no response online regarding progress of order I am delighted to confirm my order has arrived and is correct. Many thanks to Heidi for seeing this over the line! Much appreciated

Uplifted Lingerie went to a great deal of trouble to make sure my post-surgery bras arrived before my operation. Postage was upgraded so that the bras arrived in time. The Royce Comfi bras I bought are comfortable, high quality and good value for money. My search for breast cancer post-surgery bras started in Central London. It was a depressing wasted day due to low stock, very little choice and poor quality, most of the bras were made of synthetic fabrics and not very comfortable.
I returned home and ordered two Royce Comfi bras from Uplifted Lingerie which feel soft against the skin as they have a high cotton content, front open and give support - ideal for 24 hour wear which is advised after surgery. Very special customer service from Uplifted Lingerie and great bras.

I was apprehensive about ordering from this company because of its very patchy reviews on multiple sites.
To my pleasant surprise my bras arrived promptly (within 4 days of ordering) and they were at an excellent price and no shipping fee. As they suit me I don't need to go through the return process which seems to be problematic for people.
To the business owners- I wanted to leave my very good experience here with the hope you will seriously address any issues other customers are raising in their reviews.
I would really love to reorder with you in the future but as your record is so patchy, the truth is I will be checking reviews again before hand to see how things are running. So please keep up great work!

I ordered from this company on 26/1/25 - and am still waiting for my order. On 28/1/25 they mailed to say my order would be delayed by around 10 days. Since then nothing - I have sent them 2 emails which they have not responded to and a message on Instagram. Their chat function on their website is useless. Very disappointing

I have had no problem with my order. I wanted these delivered before a certain day email them to make sure I would get them, I got a response quickly and my bra landed on time. I certainly will buy again.

Can I just add an amendment
- I have now had a very nice email and my refund has gone through. Such a shame that it took up so much of my time. But still encouraging to know that I was being listened to in the end. Shockingly poor at getting a refund. I sent a bra back for a refund. Royal Mail tracking informed me that it went undelivered because nobody was at the address to receive the package. I wrote and used live chat. No response from either. Then Royal Mail returned my package to me. So..... I returned it to Uplifted Lingerie - again. Now Royal Mail have said it has been delivered, even showing a photo of the doorstep where my parcel lies on the floor. But I still haven't heard about my refund. This has been ongoing now since December 2024. Uplifted Lingerie's service is truly shocking but they have redeemed themselves by eventually getting back to me.

Two issues firstly communication were extremely difficult, refusal to have any phone conversation with customer services, a chat line that fails to respond, and emails that or not answered or answered days later. Secondly returns and refunds. I retuned a high value order via royal mail( RM) guaranteed next day signed for delivery RM tried to deliver every day for a week but no one was there to receive it. It has taken 14 emails over 16 day period to finally get the refund notice however the money has still not arrived in my credit card account as I write this review on day 18 of the returns saga

I have dealt with Uplifted Lingerie on a number of occasions now and have always found the staff really supportive and helpful.

Most recently, I was trying to purchase a new bra for my teenage daughter who's recently had surgery and can't get out to be measured. Sophie spent time explaining in detail how to measure my daughter and recommended bras that would be appropriate for her. She went well above and beyond what I'd expect from someone supporting me via email. I couldn't have been more grateful for her advice and she really made me feel like a valued customer with a very personal approach. The bras we've bought from this company in the past have always been great, very good value and returns are easy should they need to be made. My overarching view of this company though is that their customer service is above and beyond that offered by other companies and I was very happy to buy from them because of this. In a climate like today, I think many shops have forgotten how to value a customer and I felt very well served by Sophie at Uplifted Lingerie. She mad the whole experience just so much more personable. Thank you.

Ordered a sports bra 3 weeks ago and paid for Royal Mail tracked 48, expecting it to arrive in a couple of days.

THREE WEEKS later I'd not even had a dispatch notification or any other contact whatsoever since the order acknowledgement, so I emailed to say please dispatch it or refund it. They replied (same day so that's good) to say that they didn't have it in stock and were "just advised" by the supplier that they didn't have it available in my size.

They actually refunded that same day - I emailed, they replied, they refunded all on the same day, so that is EXCELLENT, however, they accepted the order then kept my money for 3 weeks without a word about what was happening, and only did anything when I contacted them.

All in all they have a very responsive customer service department, however they should have contacted me to say they couldn't supply the item so I could have bought it elsewhere, instead of silently sitting on my money for 3 weeks.

In conclusion, as it currently stands I would NOT buy from them again as there's no phone number so you can't even quickly check they have stock before placing an order. However, If they could update their website with live stock status then I would happily buy again.
