I was a little skeptical at first due to all the negative reviews, I ordered on 25th September and arrived 1 st October. There was no tracking but for free domestic shipping that is very quick delivery. The product I ordered was the panache power wired sports bra, (I originally ordered from the panache store but ordered the wrong size) and then I found this place and I genuinely thought maybe it's a scam because the original cost of the bra is £45+ everywhere other than here which I got for £35, the bra came brand new.

Order still not arrived - been over a week !

Waited over a week for delivery and then just got an email saying we have cancelled your order.

UPDATE - still not received the swimsuit. Royal Mail tracking hasn’t ever been updated and still showing the message “update will be provided when delivery attempted”.
Emailed Vicki twice more to chase and ask for a refund. No response and emails are now bouncing and saying undeliverable.
I’ve reported to trading standards. I’d urge anyone else who is having/had issues do the same. I can’t post the link but google Citizens Advice Consumer Service.

I ordered two swimsuits over 10 days ago and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. Communication is practically non‑existent — no order updates, no dispatch information, nothing.

One of the swimsuits was suddenly cancelled without any explanation, yet it’s still showing as available on their website. The other? No clue where it is because they haven’t bothered to update me. They claimed they’d sent an email, but there is absolutely nothing in my inbox.

This company has been unreliable, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional.
Avoid like the plague. Don’t be fooled by their website — the service behind it is shock

I ordered 2 bras. One was received in a timely manner. The second I had to chase where it was, no communication sent to keep me updated it was delayed until I asked. I was given a new delivery date as the end of July so agreed to wait. But now in August, I had to chase again. When received no response, I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Poor customer service and will never buy from this company again

Ordered 3 items and received one.
Contacted the company twice (2 weeks apart) by email for an update and didn't receive a response.
Contacted the credit card company for a chargeback and then received an email from Poinsettia - with the Royal Mail delivery confirmation attached. I responded and forwarded the original emails sent.
They are claiming my original forwarded emails are not forwarded and screen shots so cannot help me. Also threatening to advise the CC company that I am not complying with the request? I've not ever had such poor service. Also wish I'd read reviews previously.

Wish I had read previous reviews before purchasing from this company. Shocking customer service they actually make things up to avoid dealing with an issue and they are so rude. Will never use them again.
Update!
Their reply to my review shows exactly what I have said! Bikini was worn once then washed once after a holiday in June! The item was returned in a clean and worn once condition. The problem became apparent whilst wearing .They just manipulate the situation. I never said it had not been worn.

Ordering simple, the despatch is a little long handed one star off . Saying this it does clearly say on the site that they are super busy and to allow time,
I did email regarding my order and received a prompt and professional reply.
My order took a week but the despatch is free so you can’t argue!
The product I purchased was reduced and twenty pounds less than anywhere else.
I found the service good.

Excellent service, speedy delivery and I love my new bra! Having read some of the reviews on trustpilot I thought it important to leave an up to date, honest and positive review.

Ordered two bras, transaction cancelled 4 days later. Received a notification on my phone wallet, emailed to ask why the sale has been cancelled, Bras are still for sale on their website I’m still waiting for a refund of £60 and a reply. First and last time I order from here.
Interesting reply ……. I’m no expert, but normally, if fraud is suspected by a card issuer, the transaction is stopped and the card holder warned of potential fraud, the money certainly would not be taken.

I should have read this site re-customer service and not bothered to order.
I have used them two times with no problems then on my third purchase I had a faulty item. To say they make it difficult to resolve an item you believe is not fit for purpose is an understatement, to the point I'm not going to bother and just say lesson learnt.

Do not order from this company. I never received my order and when I contacted the customer service by email on several occasions I would get the same response back which says I haven't included my order number and delivery address which I did on every occasion. I am taking further action.

The stress and frustration I have experienced with Poinsettia have been completely overwhelming. After sending me the entirely wrong bra—an error they admitted to—they have made the return process unnecessarily difficult and distressing.
They insisted on a "print at home" label. Despite me explaining I do not have a printer, they refused to provide any reasonable alternative. When I offered to post it myself and requested a postage refund—which is a legal requirement under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when a retailer sends the wrong item—I was flatly refused by Vicki.
The level of customer "service" has been shocking. Vicki eventually stated she would not refund my postage and refused to discuss the matter further, essentially cutting off communication while I am still out of pocket for their mistake. It is deeply upsetting to be treated this way by a company after they fail to fulfill their basic contract. I no longer want an exchange and am demanding a full refund. Avoid this company if you want to avoid a massive amount of unnecessary stress and a total disregard for your consumer rights.

As can be seen from the reply to my review and to the reply of others Poinsettia choose to accuse their customer base of defamation and fraud. I think it is evident by the number of 1 star reviews who is being honest.

I have been a customer of Poinsettia Style for a number of years. However, since they no longer operate from their Glasgow shop their customer service has become non existent.
Placed an order 8th March, by 18th of March had no contact. Sent an email and received no reply. Received part of my order a few days later but my order was never fulfilled. I raised a charge back with my bank and the company is now claiming they fulfilled my order and I have never contacted them.
To be clear - tracking numbers were provided AFTER the charge back. The tracking numbers clearly show the item has not been delivered.
Will never use Poinsettia Style again.

The order was not complete. Rather than sending me the missing item, there was much argument about how it was checked etc. On the verge of getting the credit card company involved when they decided to complete the order. All OK now, but not a pleasant shopping experience

I ordered a bra on the 16th of Feb 2026 and received it on the 20th Feb 2026 by Royal Mail delivery,absolubtly no problem with either the product or delivery but £10 cheaper than anywhere else !!!

Poinsettia Style had a wonderful selection of the Bras I was looking for. Service was Exceptional, Communication ‘Spot on’, & delivery really speedy. Thank You.😃

I had ordered from here previously and didn’t have a problem but it definitely seems to have got worse the communication service is non existent, diabolical correspondence have been waiting for a delivery since 9th December!!! I wouldn’t bother ordering from them I’d rather pay more and got items from a reputable company. AVOID!!!!

I purchased 2 bras and the boning has broken in both bras. One of them the first time I wore it! When I contacted this company they said I must have bent it and broken it myself! Not sure why I would want to break the boning. have worn this model Fantasia bra for years and always purchased from reputable retailers. I should have known when they were sold at £25 each instead of usual £35 each. I thought I was getting a bargain but have wasted £50. I returned it to them for inspection and apparently it’s gone back to manufacturers to inspect, that was 6 weeks and despite me emailing all they say is they are still waiting. Why does it take so long? Don’t waste your money on this company. Their after sales is appalling. I’d advise you to pay a bit extra and get quality. Absolutely appalling.
