I was hoping to talk to Breyton Hendricks but he was unavailable so I asked Ethan Heuvel to assist me. The issues were both complex and sensitive and Ethan dealt with them quietly and efficiently, providing advice and options to help resolve issues and seeking advice himself when the need arose. While I have serious issues with the way the company has handled this account over the last 5 years, Ethan proved to be exceptionally able - He is worth 5 stars!

If I ran my company like SES I’d be out of business. Billing me for a water meter that took over 2 years to locate. Charging me for wastewater when we have a cesspit - 2 years to acknowledge that. Now Breyton Hendricks from the complaints team can’t even use a calculator to add up the wastewater charges and refund them correctly and suggests I escalate my complaint. What a joke company - even their debt collection agency wouldn’t take me to court & referred it back. Forget the complaints procedure and invite them to take you to court.

Jaden was very helpful. He explained clearly why I hadn't already heard back in respect of an account closure. He reviewed the information and, as promised, called back to confirm that everything was done. He also sent an email to confirm, as statements would not be generated until the end of the month.

I called into to get a very longwinded issue sorted out, and I requested a callback. Erenay called back and was really patient and got the query resolved no Problem. I had to send over 6 LOAs as they hadn't come through and instead of asking these to be sent over and then asking me to call back they got me to send them as we were on the phone. This was a time consuming process but Erenay was pozitive and cheerful throughout and clearly wanted to get a resolution this phone call. The are a credit to your company
