Good Customer Service. My question was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I didn't feel as if an AI had churned out a stock response.

Removed paper billing without notice from elderly customer and then sent first bill with threatening "Notice of Intended Action". Impossible to talk to customer service. Hopeless company

When my tenant left my son informed them, the premises was empty for 4 months and we received no email saying that we owe money. I only found out when I came back from a trip a bill for £1,100 lots of late payment and add on fees where the original bill should have been about £150. When we complained they said we have to pay that they have been sending what we owe in an online portfolio. When they added excessive charges I was sent a letter to pay ir they will take action
