The person who guided me through my water bill issues was very helpful and friendly, and I believe that I was able to talk easily and clearly with the person who discussed setting up a direct debit so that my water bills are paid on time.

SES business water told me 3 times over…
SES business water told me 3 times over the phone on separate occasions that they would remove an incorrect reading from 2024 (estimated and inflated) so my billing would be correct going forward. Each time they confirmed this would be done. In the meantime my other supplier, castle water cannot bill me correctly as the reading still stands as they STILL have not removed it.
