Great customer service
Really pleased with the service I've received from Water2Business while setting up the water account for our new business premises.
The team have been friendly, helpful and responsive throughout, making the changeover straightforward. Any questions I've had have been dealt with promptly and professionally.
It's always appreciated when a company makes one less thing to worry about during a busy office move!

I raised a complaint with Water2Business and was very impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Ellie Webb was extremely responsive, helpful and informative throughout the process, keeping me updated and making everything very straightforward.

The team helped me sort out the issues with my water bill really quickly - could access the information I needed and support me to find the meters I was looking for. Chris from the team was knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Its great to get a customer service team on the phone who actually understand how a water supply works and can talk you through it.

W2B makes account management easy. They generally reply to all emails with a positive result giving you just what you requested, though this generally takes 5 to 10 working days. What they provide is what appears to be a reliable route through to the wholesalers. i.e. Metering management. Over the phone, Tanya had a very helpful approach, making the service feel personable and precise.
