Had a hugh problem which seemed nobody was prepared to look at. Eventually John took ownership of the problem , very polite , correct and interested to get all the details , did so and promised to solve the matter. Bearing in mind that this problem had existed for almost six months . This was 2nd April and he promised to give me an up date in about 2 weeks, The matter was resolved by the 10th April ( this included the Easter weekend when I assume most people would be on holiday ). The update occurred today and I thanked him for his attention to the matter, I think it was possibly over and above the normal , but very much appreciated .

Whilst I didn't actually get the resolve i was looking for, i did get lots of help to understand my enquiry and felt completely unrushed and that they had the time for me.

I also got straight through when calling. No endless automated lists to go through or long wait times.

I was offered a call back which was almost straight away. I spoke with Angela who was absolutely brilliant she answered all my questions and was very knowledgable many thanks.

The transfer of tenancy went very smoothly and will no fuss.
