Efficient service

Jaden was quick to understand the issue and help us sort it out asap. Even emailed us details so we could get back and search out water meter location even though we had closed the account. Jaden took initiative and extra efforts to solve our issue then saying the account was closed so couldn't help!!which usually all other suppliers say.

Jaden worked with me to explain who his company is and the issue regarding payment, and apologised that the company had not processed a billing address change they had received from me in September 2025. He did well as initially I thought his call was likely to be a scam.

Absolutely astonishing how inept this company is. The portal is always down, and the bills are always wrong. I would recommend another company for business water in a heartbeat.

UPDATE: Im pleased to report that my recent issue with SES was resolved successfully, this is down to the customer service rep, Breyton who was understanding and helped to de-escalate the matter. Im not entirely convinced they will change their way but my advice to SES is to make their system more user-friendly and bills more transparent. And before you send an account to collections, make contact the customer in some form or another.

Awful customer service and complaint department.
Overcharged and it's been over six months and no refund has been issue.
Wish there could be more options for water suppliers.

Company has total disregard for the relevant legislation concerning back billing and are guilty of gross administrative errors. Due to administrative errors on their part they failed to record actual meter readings provided over a 7 year period - despite having access to the relevant information - and then debited my account with almost £4000 as a ‘catch up bill’ as they like to refer to it - which they contend is different from back billing! I note that the complaints team is based in South Africa - perhaps they have a different perception of UK law from that outlined by Ofwat!? Furthermore the calculation of the amount due was based on today’s rates and not those applicable over the period. After considerable negotiation they credited my account with the majority of the amount, but failed to acknowledge the illegal basis of their initial action. Check out Ofwat and CCW (the water consumers association) arm yourself with the relevant legislation and beware - this company seems to make the rules up as they go along!
