Helpful and understanding
I spoke to Shailin Adams who was as helpful as he could be given that I am not named on the account as I was calling from the Accounts Payable department to verify SES's Bank details to set the account up. Shailin also advised on what could be done to enable me to speak to Customer Services without any restriction going forward.
