I often have reason to call as I manage multiple account s with yourselves, Dayuun is always patient and through and endeavour's to bring solutions, even if he can't fix it himself he takes ownership of the issue and works with your internal teams until resolved, without constant prodding from myself. I really appreciate the drive and commitment to excellent customer service.

Jaden from SES was amazing and very helpful on the phone to sort out my payments on the phone . By the time I finished talking to him , with the final outcome , I felt humbled to pay SES more money than my actual water bill. Times are hard now with soaring cost of living , hence some consideration from the suppliers helps us to survive and very welcome. By piling on debt collectors fees etc. it does not help. So Thank you Jaden from SES.
