What an easy trip. Helpful staff, a no worries experience with everything covered. No hidden fees and charges. Just a really good car for a week hassle and worry free. I will use you again.

Upon registration at Dublin Airport, we were told that we had a relatively new hybrid vehicle. After the shuttle to pick up keys at the pick up counter, we waited for over 30 minutes and then were told we couldn’t have the car originally reserved. Instead, we had a Captur with over 155,000km. Upon inspection of this car, it was dirty, it had dents and scratches all around, and the seats had stains on them. As we began our drive to the cliffs of Moher, I had to pull over and put air in the tires. Additionally, as it rained often, the wiper blades would not clear the windshield and it made for a rather dangerous drive throughout our journey as it did rain often. We were quite disappointed with the vehicle we ended with, especially after being told we had a nice car reserved by the agent in the airport. Probably will not use New Way car hire in the future.

New Way Dublin City centre location was busy on our pick up day. Only 2 staff on counters and service was minimal and average. Waited for over 40 minutes to get to counter, and were given a diesel automatic Opal with $121,000 kms on the odometer. Drove like a hard worn tractor, with warnings appearing constantly. Worst vehicle we have ever driven and return to Dublin airport - limited signage and no key drop - had to return key to the Budget counter in the terminal. Never again!

Great car for the price.
Amai g that they do jot require credit card details and no 2k deposit. Full cover insurance invluded.
Downside: upon pickup of the car, you CAN NOT ise Revolut or Apple Pay to pay for the fuel deposit.

I was drawn to this company because of the advertisement for full insurance coverage included in their price. The service was as good as we could hope. Check-out and Check-in was very smooth. We had a flat tire and it was handled very well. We called the emergency number and the company was there within 1 1/2 hours. We got the tire replaced and were on our way.

I hadn’t hired a vehicle for many years. There’s quite a choice of car rental companies operating at Dublin Airport, but I ended up with NewWay mainly due to their all inclusive price. On arrival their desk wasn’t occupied, but bookings were efficiently dealt with by another rental company. There’s a short minibus trip to collect the vehicle, again efficiently done. I took photos of the car before departing. The car was clean and better than I had hoped for. A returnable deposit is taken to ensure you return it fully fuelled. All in all a good and straight forward service. By my experience I would recommend them.

Easy pickup at Dublin around 6am, and easy drop off at Shannon around 6:30am. At fist no one was in the office at Shannon, and I started to panic because we were running a little behind for our flight. But help arrived within a couple minutes and a guy ran us to the terminal in their shuttle, so all was good. The road service that comes with the rental came in handy. I drifted a bit to far left on one of those tiny "L" roads on our way to Loophead lighthouse and ended up with a flat tire at Loophead lighthouse, on a Sunday, in a pretty remote area. At first it was a bit hard making the call on my US cell phone, but with the help of some folks at the lighthouse we got connected to their AA road service. The AA service handed me off to a garage, probably the only one open on a Sunday in Ireland. After a few phone calls and about a two hour wait we were back on the road. The wait wasn't unexpected since we were at farthest end of Dingle peninsula. Since it was a private garage I had to pay them directly and I turned in the receipt when we dropped off the car at Shannon. I just saw the reimbursement come through on my credit card. I would definitely use NewWay again for their price and service.

It was my first time renting a car, and I went for NewWay as they had great reviews, and seemed way less dodgy than many of the car hire companies. They also include all insurance and so it didn't have all the additional costs that most have, even though they seem cheaper.

It was incredibly straightforward. The staff at the counter were very polite. I had no issues. And was reimbursed the deposit hold on the same day I dropped off the car. Would definitely use them again when in Ireland!

Very easy, transparent rental process and exceptionally good value. Car was clean, and "well used" but totally safe.

We love their all-in setup. No worrying about insurance. Just drive the car. I love their customer service, they are responsive and helpful either via phone or email. I have rented from NewWay twice and will rent from them again if we get the opportunity to travel to Ireland again.

We got a decent car for a very fair price. When we got a flat tyre we got all the assistance needed and was got a refund for the new tyre without any discussion.

Booked NewWay for the "no hassle, no hidden fees" promise. Instead: charged an €409.69 "Early Return Fee" despite returning the car on the agreed date per the signed rental agreement. Two written complaints ignored.

At return, staff refused to record reported vehicle defects: severe vibration at motorway speeds (safety concern), repeated lane-keeping warnings, broken USB port, dirty interior. NewWay advertises "expertly maintained latest model cars" and "the price you see is the price you pay." Neither was true.

Exactly what they promise, perfect!
