I was charged an extra day's rental fee because of a 31-minute difference between the time I signed the contract at their airport counter and the time their controller checked the car when I returned it. They didn't allow for the time it takes to collect the car after signing the contract (taking the bus to the parking lot, picking up the keys at the counter, and locating the car) or for the waiting time between arriving at the pick-up point and the controller's inspection. It's very disappointing for a rental company to engage in these practices.

Tienes que dejar una fianza de 150e de gasolina y no avisan antes de contratar.Nos toco un fiat panda en Dublin,al llegar al aeropuerto tuvimos que ir a recoger el coche andando cargados de las maletas a un buen trozo fuera de la terminal( cuando se supone que hay bus que te lleva a por el coche). Una noche nos robaron una pieza del parachoques trasero, rellenamos al devolver el coche los papeles para el seguro y dicen que no tenemos que pagar nada,porque newway solo trabaja con seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia,por suerte habia un trabajador que hablaba español y fue mas agil todo este tramite( el chico genial). Para devolver el coche me confie y vi que hay gasolinera, pero es solo para ellos, quise salir para poder dejar el deposito lleno y ya no podia.Descontaron 70€ de la fianza de la gasolina cuando solo le faltaba medio deposito. Al devolver el coche si que habia bus que te llevaba al aeropuerto.
Por todo lo demas bien.

La consiglio vivamente

1 ère expérience location de voiture pour 8 jours. Franchement tout simplement parfait! Juste au comptoir de Dublin, pour récupérer la voiture ,un peu difficile car je parle peu anglais et je ne comprenais pas tout. Mais l'hôtesse a été patiente et très gentille. Nous avons compris l'essentiel : pas de caution, assurance tout inclus, km illimité et 145 e de caution ,rendue si voiture rendue avec le plein) on a juste un suivi un couple devant nous pour trouver le point de la navette avisbudget qui nous emmène au point de récupération voiture car ça on n'avait pas compris... Une fois la bas, plus qu'à donner le papier et a récupérer la voiture polo ,qui était très propre et très fonctionnel ! On a prit des photos des rayures extérieures mais un couple à côté de nous ,nous a dit qu'avec cette compagnie de location il ne fallait se faire aucun soucis, qu il prenait tout en charge en cas de problème !! Gardez bien le papier donné au départ,car il donne un QR code, nécessaire au Retour de voiture . Pour le retour il faut se garer, un agent arrive de suite ,vérifie voiture intérieur plein et nous dit ok et récupère les clés. Hyper rapide!! Et on repart en navette a l'aéroport. Quelques minutes plus tard, un mail de la société est envoyé et nous informe que tout est ok. Bref une société simplement professionnelle !! La seule question non posée et le paiement de certaine portions d'autoroute sans peage payante notamment la M50 qui contourne Dublin et qu'on utilise forcément pour sortir et revenir ... Car ils disent que si on paye pas dès le lendemain on a une amende et je n ai pas pu aller sur le site car ma plaque d'immatriculation dit qu'elle ne peut faire aucun paiement....Allons nous avoir un prélèvement sur notre compte?..bref . Seul point à éclaircir...

Sent an email to new way asking if a seat ibiza mode came with a touchscreen infotainment system. This is the reply I got, which reads like a stock automated response. If your business is renting cars, how can you not know what features your cars provide as standard?

"We can't guarantee a specific make or model of car will be available, nor can we guarantee any built-in features. Our cars are assigned based on what is available within the category of car that you have booked.

Most of our cars would have standard USB ports inside. You can speak with the staff when you arrive to collect the car, and they'll do their best to accommodate. "

Easy, quick and without any suprise all-inclusive car rental

A great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the car rental process is simple. The services offered cover any issue, and the cars are clean and in good condition, both aesthetically and mechanically.

We rented a hybrid but the battery never got over 60%. So we essentially ran a gasoline car for 4 days but paid for a hybrid.

Insurance-included is a good option but didn't expect a sub standard car.

Excellent, seamless service. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I've rented from NewWay a couple of times and have always been satisfied. The only thing that wasn't so great this time was the pickup and drop-off at a parking lot further out. There was no signage that NewWay customers could pick up their keys at a designated counter, so I spent almost half an hour in the Avis queue before realising I didn't have to. No information was given. At drop-off, there wasn't enough room to park, so staff was yelling at customers and trying to direct them. Then you had to wait beside your car for someone to come and check it - this was also not communicated. NewWay seems to be an afterthought to Avis and Europcar, with no signs and no dedicated staff at the car park. I had to ask around, losing precious time. Other than that, the experience was good - the car was clean and good quality, and I like that everything is included in the price and nobody is trying to sell me additional insurance.

Have used NewWay car hire for 3 years now, no hidden extras cars are always clean and tidy.

Counter staff always helpful and bus staff very friendly taking you back to terminal.

Allowed me to pick up the car early. Quick and hasle free drop off. The car was clean and decent enough. This was my 4th time using New Way and have nothing bad to say.

Alquiler de coches sin sorpresas, ni costes ocultos como en otras compañías (cosa que en Dublín parecía imposible). Totalmente recomendable!

No sales of insurance. Appreciate that. M50 toll is covered by Newway so that was a convenient tool.

All perfect, best experience with a rental car ever had. No queue at the start of the rental, car was upgraded for free and very reliable. At the arrive, everything was smooth and quick. Warm advice.

Good value for money. All-inclusive contract. We were given a car from a much higher category at no extra cost. Honestly, highly recommended.

Compagnia seria,non chiedono carta di credito e soprattutto nessun deposito cauzionale, ed è tutto compreso.

Long queues at the collection desk. One person, one computer at the desk. The car pick up is located a long way from the Dublin terminal. The return is more stressful and the buses taking you to the terminal are full meaning you can’t get the bus after drop off. Won’t hire again.
