Gavi explained everything clearly, answered my questions and genuinely tried to find a solution that would make the payments more manageable for me. I really appreciated his helpful and supportive approach throughout the conversation.

I'm giving 5 stars solely because of the amazing Dorsey who went to extra mile to solve a tricky issue with my meter designation. To be frank Southern Water business stream had been hopeless at helping me...until I was lucky enough to get Dorsey on the phone. He liaised with different departments and got my problem moving to a resolution. Thank you.
