I'm giving 5 stars solely because of the amazing Dorsey who went to extra mile to solve a tricky issue with my meter designation. To be frank Southern Water business stream had been hopeless at helping me...until I was lucky enough to get Dorsey on the phone. You resolved all of my queries and was patient with me when I sent LOA and confirmed details for the accounts. Letting me know about the portal is very useful as I now have direct access which is more efficient for me to carry out my responsibilities for these accounts.
