Problem Solved
I spoke to four individuals today, got cut off twice. All of the staff were helpful but I just wanted to praise the forth member of staff that I spoke to, I felt that they went above & beyond to sort out a very frustrated customer. The individual was extremely professional in every way & resolved my issue within an acceptable time.

Anton was so helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring regarding our water concern. We are the owners of a privately owned shopping centre with a tenant who offers a car valeting service. Anton reassured us that we are exempt from the current water hose ban.
