Water Accounts set up to the wrong customer
Waited 20mins for an answer to my so say important call.
Explained that Water 2 Business were invoicing the wrong company for a number of water accounts that were clearly set up incorrectly. That was on the 18th May 2026 and nothing has changed.
This company is very poorly managed.

Firstly, I am sorry for the wait you experienced when contacting us. Following your contact on 18 May, we began reviewing the details provided and reached out to the new occupier to confirm tenancy information. I am sorry for the time taken to follow up with you.
Following our conversation with you on Tuesday, I’m pleased to confirm that we’ve now received the necessary documentation to set up the accounts in the occupier’s name.
We are in the process of updating the accounts accordingly and will ensure that any charges raised to you in error are removed. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this with you.

I’m really sorry for the frustration caused while trying to get your account updated, I understand how important it is to have this sorted quickly. We aim to respond as soon as possible, but always within 10 working days.
We’ve now picked up your emails from 19 and 20 May, and I’ve personally reviewed everything you raised.
Your Direct Debit has been set up, your account balances have been reviewed, and we’re working to ensure the correct accounts are visible in the portal so they’re easier for you to manage going forward.
We also tried to give you a call to talk this through, as it’s often the quickest way to get everything resolved. If you’re able to, please do give us a ring, I’d really like to make sure everything is set up exactly as you need it.
Thank you again for your patience while we worked through this, and I’m here to help get the remaining points resolved as quickly as possible.

Dealing with water2business is a pleasure...no, seriously, it is! Normally, I hate dealing with suppliers - endless waiting in queues, automated messages, being shunted from one person to another and often getting nowhere.
w2w stands out with a service that is personal, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
1. The initial response saying how long the wait is is from a person - yes, a real, alive person!
2. All the call-handlers are cheerful and friendly and know their stuff - or know who to ask if it's new to them
3. Every time I've called, my issue has been resolved and
4. followed up as promised in a timely way.
