I called and spoke to your lovely agent Claire Eland in Customer service today, who was very efficient with dealing with what i thought would be a bigger issue than what it was. she reassured me that everything was in hand and provided timescales and identified the urgency in getting things updated. Claire is an asset to your company.

Good helpful staff for who nothing was to much trouble
Rang Clare to sort out our online account. Unfortunately the portal had issues so she escalated for me. In the meantime she was able to secure a refund for us, send a latest invoice and was extremely pleasant in the whole process. Would recommend this company

Siraj was so helpful, cheery, explained all the steps, apologised for silence whilst he was retrieving info and was generally a lovely happy voice at the end of the phone who found out why I was struggling to access my account and resolved it. Another perfect experience
I have just got off the phone from Chris. He was polite, clear and understanding of my problem. He stayed in the phone until the issue was sorted and set it up so the same issue would not happen next time. Dealing with water 2 business is always easy. They could show others how to lead in excellent customer care and resolving issues.

Excellent service
Water2Business provide an excellent service. You never have to wait long for the phone to be answered and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what was happening every step of the way during a recent water leak and helped me through the form filling process for a leak allowance (which was surprisingly easy as it turned out). A particular mention has to go to Tara who was instrumental in making the process stress-free.

Water 2 Business have hugely improved…
Water 2 Business have hugely improved in recent years. The phone is answered within 5 minutes, often sooner, all of the staff are knowledgable and follow up on the concern. Ben was particularly helpful today and actually wants to sort out the issue. It’s so rare these days to have people in utility companies that truly care and want to help one.

Had the lovely Claire.E deal with my situation today. She was absolutely amazing! Very efficient, understanding and supportive. Was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me in great detail. Not many utility companies I speak to have such friendly service but Claire was outstanding!

VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE
First time I have dealt with W2B.
Made enquiry, then they came back and asked for the customer LOA - Responded saying what is an LOA - but it will take 10 days
10 DAYS! to find out about an abbreviation!!!
Been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get through to speak to someone - Interesting to find out actually how long they will make me wait.
Music is absolutely horrendous!!

The cut and pasted nonsense reply about having more calls than usual makes it worse. All poorly serviced companies use this as standard relying on IVR and AI instead of employing, trained humans to deal with the job.
This is a real review based on zero service from Water2 Business. Account details have been provided and looking forward to a human who knows what they are doing, making contact.

Leak on supply pipe - successful claim!
Following an issue with a leak on our supply pipe, customer side of meter so our responsibility, Jess Hodge from water2business dealt with a claim back to the water wholesaler (Wessex Water). After providing the required information and meter readings the claim was dealt with most satisfactorily. Whilst we did not need to provide any further input it did take around 6 weeks for the claim to be approved; but this can be out down to the wholesaler and not water2business

Change of commercial supply to domestic
I changed my commercial supply to a domestic supply. I then started to receive threatening letters that I hadn't paid a domestic bill for £250 which I had paid as a commercial supplier. They had backdated the switch and not advised me. It took three phone long calls to sort it out. Not impressed.
