I am not a computer-expert but Minisforum pre-sales dept really took their time explaining complicated matters. After-sales even helped me with a small claim when using their XCotton delivery-insurance. And instantly to my surprice. Impressed!

I had to deal with minisforum’s customer support due to a defect. I’d especially like to highlight how friendly their communication was. Since the PC was defective, it was replaced entirely without any back-and-forth; in fact, because the model was out of stock, I even got an upgrade :) All my questions were answered, and I felt very well taken care of. The entire process, from reporting the problem to getting the replacement device up and running, took just under a week despite the holidays. Kudos! Thank you very much Tina

I had an issue with my shipment being marked as available for pickup, but the package could not be located at the store initially. This was quite stressful, but the Minisforum support team responded promptly and handled the situation professionally.
They quickly initiated an investigation with UPS and kept me informed, which gave me confidence that the issue was being taken seriously. Fortunately, the package was later found, and everything worked out well.
Overall, I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help. It made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Great customer support experience.

I ordered a MiniPC along with an eGPU dock from Minisforum but unfortunately it was missing the OCuLink adapter cable. The sales support team was super helpful and helped me get the adapter cable within a week. They were really helpful and made things right, and the PC works like a charm. I'd definitely recommend Minisforum, despite the hiccup with the OCuLink, their team's service was really prompt.

I bought a UM760 Slim a year ago and the machine worked very well. The build quality and performance were fantastic and the fans were relatively quiet, even under load. The SSD and RAM were easy to upgrade as well. Unfortunately, the machine failed to turn on at some point. I was able to get my machine repaired with a simple e-mail to customer service. They responded to all of my messages in less than a day. My machine was repaired and returned to me under a week. I am very satisfied with Minisforum products and service.

Ich habe ein Generalüberholtes (Refurbished) Gerät gekauft, in der Erwartung, dass es gründlich getestet wurde. Leider hatte das UM773 einen CPU-Defekt. Der Service war zwar professionell im Kontakt, aber die Lösung war unbefriedigend. Obwohl es ein Garantiefall war, musste ich die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen. Man bot mir ein Ersatzgerät für einen Aufpreis von 400 € an – mehr als das Doppelte des ursprünglichen Preises (329 €). Nachdem ich dieses inakzeptable Angebot abgelehnt hatte, blieb mir als einzige Option nur die Rückerstattung übrig.
Am Ende bin ich derjenige, der den Schaden hat: Ich stehe ohne Computer da, habe das Geld für den Versand verloren und sitze nun auf Zubehörteilen, die ich extra für diesen Mini-PC gekauft habe und nun nicht nutzen kann. Weder eine Reparatur noch ein fairer Ersatz wurden angeboten. Es ist schwer, in Zukunft wieder auf solche Optionen zu vertrauen."
