Pleasantly surprised by the build quality
I’ve been using the SER9 Max mini PC as my daily driver for the past two months, and it’s been flawless. It has a vibe similar to the Apple Mac mini, but the build quality easily holds its own. What I love most is how accessible the internals are—it makes DIY upgrades like adding an SSD or swapping out memory modules super straightforward. Big kudos to Beelink for nailing this design!

Excellent customer service
Purchased a beelink pc. Slight power issue with front usb ports... probably due to a combination of hardware design and the devices i have connected to it.
This review however is to do with customer service... i asked about the usb issue and got a response within 24 hours. Not some scripted reply but a reply that appears to be from someone who is either technically minded or has put some effort into familiarising themself with the issue... and on top of thay, this is during a local (to them) holiday period.
I used to work in customer services so always value excellent quality and detail such as that.
Awesome support and great PC for an acceptable price
I purchased a Beelink SER5 Max from a local seller and had issues with fan noise.
I reached out to Beelink support and they went above and beyond to help me.
First they sent me an updated BIOS and BIOS settings I could try. After that didn't work, they sent me two replacement fans. Since that didn't help, they offered to repair the device for me, but since I couldn't send it over to China, they delivered a new motherboard for me to replace. They did all of this in record time, without ANY additional cost to me and were extremely polite the whole time.
I have nothing but words of praise for Beelink's support team. I purchased another SER5 Max for a friend of mine after this experience and he's also happy with his PC.

I bought a Mini S from Newegg on a special. It had a rather weak configuration. A N95 Intel 8Gb ram and 256 SSD. Windows 11 Pro came on it, never really felt it could handle Windows well even when I up the RAM to 16Gb. Single channel, single stick isn't going to help speed much. Linux worked well but needed applications that worked only on Windows. Lately after a clean 25H2 install I notice some random reboots and kernel panics. Wifi just drops at times now too. Seems like the hardware is a bit unstable. My advice, buy something a bit better with support that provides driver and bios updates properly. This PC was cheap so not out that much. But I would not buy one again.

Exceedingly disappointing
Nice little system that also delivers performance, but unfortunately you can't use the dual 10Gbe NICs without the whole system becoming unstable and either the network is lost or the whole system crashes.

Suspected cause is a hardware design flaw in the motherboard's layout, trace integrity, or power delivery components (VRMs, capacitors), PCle Lanes, physical power delivery lines etc. That cannot be fixed by Firmware, Bios or Driver Updates.
The only Solution to run the System stable is to physically disable the Intel E610-XT2 NIC (worth $280 alone) in Bios and thus the loss of the dual 10GBE ports. And so the Device is unusable for its intended networking purpose while maintaining system stability.
I'm currently debating whether to return it and get a full refund or a partial refund and keep it and run it with an external TB4 10Gbe NIC.
What's also annoying at the moment is the stalling tactics of support where they seem to be playing for time so that the 30 day return period expires. Instead of simply admitting the hardware design flaw and initiating a callback and RMA or at least giving compensation for the only partially functioning product.

Premetto che il prodotto, quando mi è arrivato a casa, era ben imballato e nuovo, con tutti i suoi sigilli. Ho acquistato il GTR9 PRO pagandolo 1.770,00 €. Avrei dovuto capirlo fin da subito che qualcosa non andava.
Inizialmente non arrivava alcun segnale dalla Display Port, quindi decido di utilizzare l’HDMI. Successivamente, dopo aver configurato Windows 11 e completato l’installazione dei driver, comincio a provarlo guardando alcuni video su YouTube, ma inaspettatamente il PC andava in crash: compariva la classica schermata nera della morte, la ventola girava alla massima velocità e il computer si riavviava dopo circa un minuto. Inoltre, notavo che nella barra delle applicazioni mancava l’icona della connessione Ethernet (uso la rete cablata).
Accedendo al Pannello di Controllo → Gestione dispositivi, vedevo che i driver delle due porte LAN Intel risultavano assenti, mentre la WLAN Mediatek continuava a funzionare. Su indicazione del centro assistenza Beelink, seguendo le loro guide passo-passo (che ho dovuto tradurre dal cinese), ho eseguito l’aggiornamento del BIOS, del firmware delle due LAN e dei relativi driver, ma il problema persisteva.
Ho anche provato a installare Windows 11 versione 23H2, senza risultati: stesso identico problema. Ho quindi reinstallato la versione 25H2: inizialmente le due porte LAN funzionavano, ma dopo poco tempo si ripresentava la stessa situazione. Ho provato a utilizzare il PC solo tramite WLAN, ma anche così il computer andava in crash.
Beelink mi ha proposto due soluzioni: rispedire la macchina in Cina per la verifica oppure inviarla al magazzino in Germania per ottenere un rimborso. In prima battuta avevo valutato la spedizione in Cina, simulando i costi (comunque rimborsabili): circa 60 €, senza assicurazione come da loro proposto. Alla fine, però, ho deciso di effettuare il reso e spedire il prodotto in Germania tramite UPS, pagando 85 € comprensivi di assicurazione.
Alla conclusione della vicenda, Beelink mi ha rimborsato il costo iniziale in USD: con il tasso di cambio giornaliero e le commissioni PayPal, ho ricevuto 1.705 € (–65 € di perdita). Qualche giorno dopo mi hanno rimborsato ulteriori 60 € (in valuta corretta), ossia l’importo ipotetico che avrei speso se avessi spedito l’oggetto in Cina per la riparazione. Tuttavia, non hanno tenuto conto delle spese sostenute per la restituzione in Germania.
Morale della favola: tra la perdita sul cambio e le spese per il reso, questa esperienza mi è costata 95 € a fondo perduto. Chi legge questa recensione è libero di credermi; ad ogni modo, consiglio vivamente di acquistare questi prodotti tramite canali nazionali o, almeno, europei, così da poter affrontare eventuali problemi senza ulteriori costi come quelli che ho dovuto sostenere.

I bought 5 years ago a Bee-link AMD (Ryzen 5) and all went fine. It was a cheap miniPC with low specs but it does the job.
This year, I gave another try buying a very modern model SER9 PRO with the best setup and I was one month doing changes, updating BIOS, reinstalling Windows, Linux, changing cables, etc... and still that miniPC wasn't working properly.
After reading in their forum and in reddit, I found that some people had the same problem as me (black screen, random reboots, hibernation / sleep mode doesn't work,....). So after 1 month I sent it back and they refund me. But looks like their last models are not 100% tested and the BIOS not fully developed.

J’ai écrit au « Service about bee-link.com orders » de bee-link.com la 1ère semaine d’octobre 2025 pour savoir si le « SER9 Pro AMD RyzenAI 9 HX 370 » était disponible dans le « EU Warehouse » (en Allemagne apparemment). Malheureusement, il y avait des fêtes en Chine à ce moment là (fêtes de la mi-automne et fête nationale) et un message automatique m’a renvoyé au 11 octobre. Passé, le 11 octobre et ne recevant rien, j’ai renouvelé ma demande. La réponse, cette fois, a été faite dans la journée pour me dire que oui, il était disponible au « EU Warehouse » en couleur « frost silver ». Le site montrant le contraire (disponible seulement en « space gray ») j’ai réécrit à la même adresse pour savoir où était l’erreur. Réponse dans la journée : excuses pour la confusion et les références du site ont été modifiées. J’ai passé ma commande le 15 octobre 2025 pour 929 $ (avec le taux de change, ça faisait environ 800 € et ma banque m’a prélevé 30 € de frais de change). Après, j’ai reçu de nombreux courriels m’indiquant la progression de la livraison (par DHL) et j’ai reçu, en France, le colis le 21/10/2025 (sans frais de douane supplémentaires à payer comme le disait le site). Donc pour la livraison, c’est plutôt ok. Je n’ai pas encore utilisé le pc.

Design Flaw of Mate Mini
I have just taken delivery of the new Bee-Link Mate Mini, a Thunderbolt docking station made to mate beautifully with the Mac mini computer. It looks and feels every bit as good as the Mac it mates with and works like a dream but there is one big drawback. This product is specified that it can either live underneath the Mac mini or above it. Unfortunately if it is installed underneath the Mac mini it completely blocks the power button of the Mac which is on the underside of the Mac. In itself that is an odd place to put a power button I agree so both products have a quirky design feature here. The Mate Mini can realistically only be mounted on top. Customer support at Bee-link said to remove the Mate Mini to power on the Mac then plug the Mate Mini in. Hmmmm we are looking at premium products here and designs should be totally thought through. Installing the Nvme storage is tricky with having to peel back neoprene feet to access bottom cover screws, then another 4 tiny screws to access the Nvme slots but once all is done it works like a dream and looks fantastic.
Wi-Fi design flaw and no support
Review after one year of use: I bought the Beelink SER7 (their flagship mini-PC at the time). When I used wired Ethernet, everything was fine, so the problem stayed hidden. This year, I moved to another room and switched to Wi-Fi, and my mini PC could only manage 15-20 Mbps; my MacBook and phone hit 80 Mbps in the exact same spot.
Beelink support walked me through every driver/BIOS reset, and there was no change. Their own forum is full of posts from SER-series owners with the same issue: the internal antennas are placed so badly that the radio simply can’t receive a proper signal. In short, it’s a design defect present since day one.
When I explained this, support said my warranty had expired and advised me to “buy a cheap USB Wi-Fi adapter on Amazon” or pay shipping to China for a repair. Warranty is for wear and tear, not to cover up a factory design flaw. At minimum they should recall or retrofit these units.
Bottom line: if you depend on your PC for work, spend a little more on a brand that backs its specs with solid engineering and responsive support. Beelink doesn’t.

My rating is simple: 5 stars for the product (after 1 week of use), 1 star for customer service. I'm located in UE. They assured me that the shipment would be from Europe so I would save on import taxes. Instead they shipped from China and I was charged customs fees and import taxes. I asked for explanations but after the purchase they never replied to my emails. Furthermore, I left this same review on their site but they deleted it. they only post 5 star reviews. Pathetic...
My Beelink SER8 8745HS Mini PC Purchase Experience
I am very happy with my overall purchase experience. I recently bought the **Beelink SER8 8745HS**, and I must say both the product and the customer service have exceeded my expectations.
First, I want to commend **Beelink's excellent customer service**. Their order processing was smooth, and the delivery time was impressively quick. Throughout the process, the Beelink team was responsive and helpful, which gave me a lot of confidence in buying directly from them.
The mini PC itself has been performing exceptionally well. It is meeting — and in some areas, exceeding — all my expectations in terms of speed, responsiveness, and reliability. The build quality is impressive, and the unit operates **completely silently**, which is a huge plus for me.
When I initially researched mini PCs, I compared Beelink with a few other brands. One of my initial concerns was that the Beelink listings did not clearly mention whether **Windows 11** was included, and I also noticed a few customer reviews mentioning potential Wi-Fi issues. Based on these concerns, I first decided to try a **GMKTec** mini PC. However, I was disappointed — the GMKTec unit was **extremely noisy** and had other performance issues, so I returned it.
I then decided to proceed with Beelink — and to my pleasant surprise, the SER8 came with **Windows 11 pre-installed and properly activated** with a genuine license tied to the hardware. This was a fantastic bonus that added a lot of value to the purchase.
Regarding Wi-Fi performance: despite reading about issues from some users, I personally have faced **no Wi-Fi problems at all**. In fact, I consistently get **over 900 Mbps** on my Wi-Fi connection, even when I am on the first floor while the router is on the ground floor — truly excellent wireless performance.
When it came to buying options, I found a **significant price difference** between Amazon and buying directly from Beelink. Purchasing directly from Beelink saved me **almost £100** compared to Amazon. Additionally, Amazon did not offer the 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD configuration I wanted — they only had a 24GB/1TB version available.
Before purchasing, I contacted Beelink customer service to ask about potential taxes or customs duties when ordering directly. Their response was clear and helpful — they confirmed that they had stock in the UK and assured me that if I provided my order number, they would ship from within the UK to avoid any additional taxes or import charges. They kept their promise, and I received my mini PC within a few days.
In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to purchase the Beelink SER8 8745HS. The product quality, performance, customer service, and value for money have all been excellent. I would highly recommend Beelink to anyone looking for a high-quality mini PC at a competitive price.

Tina replied to me same day and suggested models available in our local UK warehouse to avoid extra charges. I have paid the order on website and sent order number to her. In 3 days i've got the package.
Dont know how it works yet but the quality of packaging and product are amazing, you can easily mix it up with Apple (which is made in same chinese city, by coincidence of course :)))

Ho comprato mini PC Beelink GTR5 GR9 Dual 2.5GbE AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX , dopo 1 anno e mezzo di utilizzo leggero si è danneggiata la scheda madre, (portato da un riparartore nella mia regione come consigliato dalla assistenza Bee-link per non spedirlo a loro..e qua pensavo ancora bene)
chiedo all'assistenza Bee-link di procurarmene una , ma mi rispondono che non ne vendono, che devo a mie spese spedire il pc in Cina e pagare le riparazioni e la sostituzione della scheda madre senza neanche darmi un prezzo. Perchè non vendono i ricambi?!? un prodotto di questo prezzo..difettoso..poi leggendo tutte le recensioni ..chi si fida a mandargli il pc da riparare...Soldi buttati!! Occhio!
