I bought a device from GEEKOM Australia, and what followed is a six‑week (still continuing) nightmare of poor communication, delays, and outright bad‑faith behaviour. They sent me the wrong model, then refused to issue a simple refund, insisting I cover the return shipping and jump through hoops at my own time and expense.

Their customer care is so bad that they don’t even attempt to solve the issue in a way that satisfies the customer. There is no genuine effort to fix their own mistake, only excuses, delays, and conditions that benefit them, not the consumer. This is the worst support experience I have ever had.

After six weeks of being strung along and offered no proper remedy, I lost all confidence and trust in this company.
GEEKOM has failed basic consumer‑law obligations, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you value your time, your money, and being treated fairly, avoid doing business with them.

My Geekom Mini IT-8 failed with 8 days left in the 3 year warranty period.
After completing all the troubleshooting steps required by their service team the unit remained a brick. I supplied my Amazon invoice, email addresses, and photo of serial number, requesting warranty service and was then ghosted by the service department. I have been emailing them every other day, but still no real response, other than AI auto generated from ZenDesk, after a week. I also contacted Amazon for their assistance, but nothing so far.
It is sad because I was quite pleased with the unit that just quit after it went disconnected for a month while I was away.
Needless to say I would not recommend this brand because they are not honoring the 3 year warranty.

Total nightmare

Because of updates from Geekom my computer broke down. Support was a hassle. They promised a replacement product that was not the same and it has also not yet arrived.

My addwise is to buy from a wellknown brand instead.

I was honestly excited for the Geekom laptop. Received it and felt the laptop was fine. Some backlight bleed, but a decently put together laptop. I wasn't in love with it, so decided to return it.

I had purchased directly through their website in an effort to support the business more directly. BIG mistake. Despite advertising a 30-day return policy on both Amazon and their own website, the company will not honor the return. They want to help me "fix the issue." They want me to send videos and pictures of the BIOS and the issue I am facing instead of simply letting me return the laptop. It is within 30 days of purchase! Just accept the return.

A frustrating experience. Had I simply bought from Amazon, returns would have been a breeze. Shady practices from this company. I guess just buy it off Amazon if this is the product you really want.

I purchased my unit back in October of 2023 and 2 weeks ago it died. I used the Geekom online email to work with your company and y'all sure came through. You honored the warranty and replaced the unit in a matter of days. I wish to thank all involved (only name I have of record is Ivan Pang) for being exemplary in terms of customer service. I tried to add a note to this effect on Amazon but for some reason they will not let me.

Have not received my order for the 12th of March still pending shipping on website delivery is with in 2-3 day within Australia

As long as you get the schtic of micro-pcs, excellent products. are you running high-end video games - awe hell naw. you wanna stream some TV, browse your emails, even fundamental word/libre office? excellent device!

definitely prefered their low-end products (its a goated streamer cause TV UIs suck) but with the state of computers, understandable

also, window's pro-licenses!

These are nice PCs and great service.
Ordering was easy and delivery was as promised, well packaged and documented. For most home users the mini PC is plenty of machine and at a lower cost than an equivalent laptop - so if you already have a monitor and keyboard you're set! Highly recommended.
The one thing that could be better is around communication, as my order included a special for a hub. The original shipment didn't have it and didn't say it would be shipped separately. Customer service answered my query fast and I indeed got the hub soon after.

My Geekom G6 minicomputer has worked flawlessly for 8 months. It’s on 24/7 and I use it for programs that have to do with amateur radio or ham radio. I have been very pleased with the quality of it. It is very quiet and runs cool. Takes up very little space. All in all a top notch computer that I would recommend to anyone.

I bought the IT13 to replace a 15 year old desktop. The improvement is remarkable! No more waiting for the PC to boot up. I can edit photos in less than half the time. I highly recommend!

I did not know what to expect from a mini PC and am really impressed with the power contained in the neat little package. The performance is top notch. Hard to get used to not having that huge cabinet setting around. Am totally satisfied with the mini IT13 and will never go back to the huge desktop cabinet computers. You truly get your moneys worth from the PC minis.

I wanted a smaller desktop computer that still had capable abilities to perform my daily tasks and now that 1 1/2 years have gone by since my purchase: I am extremely pleased with the decision on moving to GEEKOM top of the line computer. Smooth operation and updates are seamless. No trouble shooting regarding mystery challenges that might surface. A very high quality product for my needs.

I've had a Geekom pc with 3 year warranty. With 9 months left the motherboard voltage regulator burned up. I reported the failure to Geekom support and received email reply within 24 hours. After several emails and confirming the failure I was provided with return information. A free shipping address label was not provided. After returning the pc a new one arrived within 3 days. Thank you Geekom!!

Quick delivery and GREAT DEALS!. I am a computer programmer by trade, and I was very impressed how these little pcs perform! Quiet and powerful. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Bought A5 to replace 5 year old HP laptop that goes thru batteries every 2.5 years. I take the A5 with me on vacation with the bluetooth keyboard and mouse and hook it to the TV HDMI to have a giant monitor. A5 boots up quickly, runs almost silent with little or no heat. I have external USB3 disk drives so storage is no problem.

I was attracted by the physical size and like many, I'm sure, not totally convenienced of it's performance.
Once I was able to make the necessary connections and bring up the system I was immediately onboard !

It really is amazing how it does what it does in such a small platform.

I had some difficulty in setting up the computer and customer support was right there, friendly and professional !

I bought the A5 computer 10 months ago, and it has really surprised me how well such a small PC can perform. It runs circles around my old HP Envy tower with similar specs. One of the biggest selling points is that the RAM and SSD can be upgraded easily. I also love the fact that it comes with a 3-year warranty. Well done, Geekom!

We are PC Service people. We fix and Repair and Replace Customers PC Systems. We do a lot of work with Ma and PA home users and Small Businesses. We have used GEEKOM products for several years. Most of the products have work great!! The FEW times we have had issues eaters with DOA machines or With in a Year problems GEEKOM has been right on the ball and fixed or replaced the PC Unit. They are great people to work with and the PC Systems work better that others we have tried. Not perfect sometimes, but they always FIX the problems and make it right!

A mini air12 PC, I bought in April 27, 2025 for my daily job at home. It is stable, and runing fast, no any problem after a year more usage. A good product, and excellent experience for me!

After a few weeks use, my Mini Air12 developed a noise and a random rebooting problem. I contacted customer service one afternoon and the next day I received a request to provide a few more pieces of information and things to check out. After receiving that information from me I then received instructions on how to receive a new replacement product. The new replacement computer was quickly shipped to me and received. This was about 3 months ago and everything is working great. I'm very pleased with the product, the manufacturer and the support offered.
