Ich habe den GMKtec NucBox K15 (Intel Core Ultra 5 125U, Barebone) bestellt und bin rundum begeistert — sowohl vom Gerät als auch vom Support.

Zum Gerät: Verarbeitungsqualität ist erstklassig, kompakt, schnell und mit ausreichend Anschlüssen für alle Anforderungen. Ich betreibe darauf vier virtuelle Maschinen gleichzeitig via Proxmox — alles läuft geschmeidig, ohne dass das Gerät sehr warm wird. Leise, effizient und absolut alltagstauglich.

Zum Service: Das Gerät wurde aufgrund eines Lagerengpasses aus China statt aus dem EU-Lager versandt, wodurch der deutsche Zoll zusätzliche Gebühren in Höhe von 85,78 € erhoben hat. Das war zunächst keine angenehme Überraschung. GMKtec — insbesondere der Support-Mitarbeiter Yan — hat jedoch schnell und unkompliziert reagiert, die Erstattung wie versprochen veranlasst und die gesamte Kommunikation war stets professionell und verbindlich.

Wer einen leistungsstarken Mini-PC für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen wie Homelab oder Virtualisierung sucht und dabei Wert auf verlässlichen After-Sales-Service legt, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

I have 2 GMKtec PCs. One is a NucBox3 that I've had over 2 years. It's been very reliable. It is running Win11 Pro and I use it to run Blue Iris, the opens source DVR program that runs my 4 cameras for home security. It runs 7 x 24 and I've never had a problem with the machine.

The 2nd machine is a NucBox K7 that I use as my home office PC. Also Win11 Pro, Office 365, Zoom, Google Drive, DropBox, etc. It performs really well and also without any problems. I am a Microsoft Insider, so I'm usually running the latest Windows release candidate.

I have found customer support to be responsive. It's important to communicate clearly and factually. This helps to mitigate any issues of international communication. It's necessary to communicate about bios and driver updates for GMKtec specific firmware.

In my experience, GMKtec produces a high quality, good performing product and supports it adequately well.

Diese wurde in einen Telefonat erst genannt ( Super muss wohl ein geheim sein )
Hier habe alles hingeschickt was zur Rechnungsabwicklung nötig ist.

2.26-03-2026 Sie bezahen die Rechnung an Fedex 153.15 € Fedex rechnet die Bearbeitungsgebühr raus ca 17,85€ und über weist dem Zoll  135,30 € damit ist Zoll eiverstanden .Hinweiß wie es schneller geht vom Zolllamt bestätigt.Könnte Lösung sein.
Komisch das der Kunde das von Gmktec verursachte Problem selber Lösen muß?

Da man aber den Lagerbestand DE nicht einsehen kann und erst wie vorher nur über die
Trackingnr Fedex nach ca 2Tagen sehen woher das kommt und nicht kostenlos Stornieren
kann. Des weiteren kann man in den Versandrichtlinie unter

Ich habe weder von Fedex noch Gmktec eine Schriftliche Aussage das der Fedex Zoll/ Gebührenfall
für mich abgeschlossen ist 30-03-2026 !!

Sollte uns das nicht zu denken geben ?

Wer hier kauft sollte sich im Baumarkt ein Strick kaufen und einen Fall wie diesen sich

I recently purchased a mini PC from this website. The GMKtec NucBox K13 Mini PC Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 256V.
I am super happy with this purchase, and I am happy with the company GMKtec. They have good customer support and reply back to your inquiries quickly.

The K13 256v has a price to performance that is superior to many other offerings. The product also has great customization features that other brands do not have.

It plays games flawlessly and does everything i need it to in order to replace my large desktop. I cannot wait for GMKtec to release their new 388H chip, as i will be buying that too!

I don't write a lot of reviews. Because I am just to lazy and don't really care about most matters that go wrong. I accept that as part of life. But NOW this time with the same company they really really really got me mad as hell.

So in a nutshell my last review about GMKtec was simply that I had GMKtec EVO-X2 AMD Ryzen mini pc in my shopping cart for about 1600 euro. They removed it and raised the price to about 2800 euro. That was my complaint and I wrote my experience here on Trustpilot. I would have moved on with my life, BUT GMKtec contacted ME as you can see in my previous review. And I quote their response "Thank you for your feedback.Could you please let us know which configuration you are interested in? If you would like to proceed with this mini PC, we can apply for a special discount for you"

THEY contacted ME to contact them for a special discount. I assumed they would offer me to buy the mini pc for the price I had it in my cart or something similar. BUT NO not GMKtec, they are a special kind of company.

So after I contacted them for the special discount offer. They told met that they can not offer me a special discount. Then why the hell would you even contact me to offer me a special discount that you can not offer. What kind of logic is that. So basically they just wasted my time for nothing. All they had to do was just not contact me if you are not going to offer me the product. for the price that I had it in my shopping cart. For some reason they like to toy with their customers.

Great customer service GMKtec! Ofcourse I don't mean that. For the people that don't understand sarcasm. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Never ever have I been this fooled by a company.

I wanted to share my experience with a GMKtec Mini PC in case it helps others.

I purchased the system in March 2025, and within a relatively short time it started having boot issues and became unreliable. After that, I contacted GMKtec support and followed all the troubleshooting steps they requested.

To their credit, they did respond, but the process has been very slow and frustrating. After multiple rounds of troubleshooting, I was asked to return the unit. I shipped the device back at my own expense, and since then I have been without a working PC for over a month.

There has also been confusion around shipping and tracking. I was initially told a replacement was shipped with an expected delivery time, but later received another message saying it was shipped again with a new delivery timeline. This lack of clarity has made the experience even more frustrating.

One important thing to be aware of is that GMKtec does not appear to have local support. Everything is handled internationally, so replacements and returns can take a long time.

At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution. Being without a PC for this long has been very inconvenient.

Overall, my experience has raised concerns about both product reliability and after-sales support. I would recommend that potential buyers carefully consider the support process and possible delays before purchasing.

Brilliant little pc with a big punch, I've hooked mine up to an egpu rtx 4070ti super using the occulink connection works great for the workload I use it for.

I’ve used several GMKtec mini PCs over time, including the Evo X2, K8 Plus, Evo X1, and G3 Plus, and my overall experience has been very positive.

One thing that really stands out is their commitment to continuous improvement through BIOS updates. For example, the Evo X2 initially had some thermal issues, but GMKtec rolled out multiple BIOS updates over time that completely resolved them. Now it’s easily one of the best Ryzen AI Max+ 395 mini PCs available. What impressed me even more is that some more established competitors faced similar issues but didn’t address them nearly as effectively or quickly.

Another big advantage is pricing. Even during periods when RAM prices increased, GMKtec kept their mini PC pricing competitive instead of passing on large increases to customers. The Evo X2 is a great example—it may be slightly higher than its launch price, but it still remains one of the most affordable options in its category.

Greetings, I purchased my GMKTec Nucbox M6 Ultra last year and it's performance is honestly astounding. I haven't had any FPS issues/crashes/stuttering with any games or applications I've run and this mini pc doesn't take long to start up either! I've enjoyed this pc so far, the only thing that took a while was receiving the pc but if you're patient it's worth the wait. 😌

It seems that a lot of poor reviews are from warranty and shipping.
My experience has been a 5/5.
Shipping: I ordered it on their website and 5 days later, I've received it. The order came from their warehouse in Delaware. All shipping details were communicated and tracked via Fedex.
Product: I've gotten a G9 that works as my router, which is using ProxMox and OPNSense. I'm surprised I got it for less than $200. It's flawless. I have 6GB of RAM and 2 CPU cores on OPNSense. 6GB of RAM and 2 CPU cores on ProxMox. I am considering creating another LXM for NAS or Home OS.
Warranty: I can't speak on warranty, as this product has been flawless, but I would like to note that this is less than $200 for a full mini pc. Currently, a G Skill or a Corsair 16gb Ram is $250.

I purchased a GMKtec mini workstation from Walmart on 12/28/2025 it arrived 24 hours later shipped direct from GMKtec to my door, fantastic service. This was advertised at such a great price,1/3 of compairable full size pc, I thought after reading reviews I would order it. It was extremely well packed. Setting up and turning it on was my next surprise, this little baby is a rocket ship. I ordered it with an Intel processor, 32 gb ram, 1 tb ssd, and windows 11 pro. It has very good amount of software( not much bloated) which is very nice . I paired it with a 24" Crua monitor and wired jgaming keyboard and mouse. After 2 months using almost daily zero problems. Only problem was where I placed it on my desk made it a little hard reach the many usb ports so I added a USB hub. I would highly recommend purchasing any of GMKtec products.

Best number one PC experience I’ve ever had along with customer service great products with performance all around five stars very well deserved. Wouldn’t go with anyone other.

Purchased my G3 mini pc direct from GMKtech some months ago. Communication from the point of order to physical delivery was superb. The PC had exceeded my expectations, easy set up and fantastic build quality. I will be buying a second PC very soon. Highly recommended.

Price vs performance is best in the market of mini pcs.

I love their products and customer service. Ordering from their website was simple and the delivery expectations was easy and realistic. The package arrived safe and without any issues. The product was amazing (K4). I used it for work, streaming and gaming. I mean there are games where I maxed the settings and it still worked fine. I loved the product so much, I ordered another model (that is a story for another day)

I have the K10 Nucbox 64gb/1tb and the Evo T1 96gb/2tb. I set up the k10 as a family unit and it’s used for everything. I really like that machine and was so happy with it, I wanted a “better”, more powerful machine for my personal home office. I REALLY wanted the AMD Ryzen 9 because I have always preferred AMD to Intel. I actually ordered the Evo by mistake. I thought I was buying an AMD machine on Amazon but was looking through so many I got confused and bought this one. Tried to cancel it and buy the AMD machine but for some reason it said it couldn’t deliver it for four months! So I have another Intel i9 chip and honestly, I like my K10 better. It’s basically the same hardware but I’ve had more issues with the Evo. It seems WAY too slow for having 96gb of Ram. AND FOR THE PRICE!! I like GMKtec. I’ve had decent experience with them. I wish they didn’t come with Windows 11 pro and all the bloat that comes with it. But overall, not bad.

I love GMKtec M8, it is thebest for me.
This is a capable PC for media work and a great all-around mini-PC for daily use. The item came well-packaged, and setup was easy. The old computer fan was audible across the room, while this Nucbox operates much more quietly. Does not take up too much space. It is a good value for the price. There are multiple ports for multiple monitors, but I am currently using a single monitor setup.

I've bought a GMKtec M3 Ultra (Intel 12th Core i7) and added my own RAM (2 × 32GB) and two M.2 SSDs — careful here, as the board takes two different flavours: one SATA and one PCIe (NVMe), so make sure you buy accordingly or one drive simply won't be recognised.
So far so good. I needed a compact PC for university, running Proxmox bare metal with a bunch of virtual machines and containers, plus a separate Windows 11 partition for Type 2 hypervisor work. This little thing just delivers: plug in a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and you've got a surprisingly capable machine running multiple VMs simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
And the price? $299 for the bare machine — an absolute no-brainer. Add your own RAM and storage to taste, and you've built something genuinely powerful for well under what any comparable pre-configured system would cost you.
