Simple, Easy, Upfront
Taken through the contract options clearly. Simple process. Company themselves have always been good - no hidden fees, no dirty tactics. Clear about the fact that most of the water cost for business is NOT set by them (set by the regulator) so the part you can negotiate is less than you think!

Contract renewal
I rang customer service to discuss renewing the contract as I am the Treasurer for my church and spoke to Liz . She was most helpful and gave me a lot of help and guidance about managing our account. Each question I had was answered in full and she also sent how to register and manage my account online . Five star plus customer service .
The only thing I would ask the company to consider is an App to manage my on line account .

I had the lovely Kevin helping me and honestly he was brilliant, I was dreading making the call thinking I would be on the phone for hours and getting no where...but no Kevin made my problems his concern, he double checked he could log in to the site and then stayed online and asked me to ensure I also could. Excellent Service
Excellent Service - call me back to save me holding on and I was very satisfied with the service. I was moving out of a premises, they advised they had closed my account, they gave me the balance due, and I was able to pay over the phone straight away. I was really impressed.
