Brilliant customer service
Although I had a bit of a wait to speak to a customer service team member I have got to say Sam was brilliant. I actually dealt with 4 separate queries on the call which were all sorted quickly and efficiently. The email I was advised I would be sent was received within 5 minutes of my call ending.
